Trevor called five plus times to confirm our viewing only to cancel within 5 minutes of our scheduled time. We traveled and left work early only to be turned away via a phone call. He didn’t even stay to let us know the tenant wasn’t home to show the unit! So unprofessional. Never again.

Trevor suggested a unit right away that was available. He set up a showing for the next day, mindful of my time crunch, and did not beat around the bush when I said I had some items on my credit that were paid five years ago but showed as delinquent today (even tho I filed disputes). He made a counteroffer contingent upon the landlord’s approval in order to rent the unit (additional rent). He did not do what a lot of brokers do and say he had other units and would let me know and then not call back or show one unit and say it had «just been rented» and show me a more expensive unit. He was fair and upfront.
