I’m the kind of guy people come to when their computer is acting up. But where does that guy go when something severe happens to HIS computer? Tech Central.
I’ve walked by Tech Central about 200 times due to my Qdoba addiction. I always thought to myself, if something bad happens, I’m going here.
It turns out my computer needed a new power supply as I had suspected. Tech Central’s diagnostic is $ 19.99 (they confirmed the problem). They gave me the option of bringing my own power supply to replace or they’d get one themselves. Time was of the essence, so I ran over to Best Buy and bought one. No less than an hour later, I had a working desktop. How much did they charge to replace the power supply? $ 19.99.
