My fiancé and I recently began looking for apartments and homes to both rent and buy. We had sorted through several realtors who just seemed not to get what we were looking for. After a quick phone call and conversation with Foster, we new we were in great hands. Foster quickly had a half dozen apartments and condos lined up within 24 hours and we saw them all within 3 hours. Through EVERY other realtor, we were always making the calls and putting in effort. With Foster, he took care of the small details and we literally just showed up.
Needless to say, he ended up hitting a homerun and finding us the exact unit we were looking for. Excellent experience working with him and feel thankful that there are realtors out there that work hard to make it easy as a consumer/​customer!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a new apartment and were contacted by Foster Chambers who helped us along the way. I have worked with other agents in the past who it felt like had contracts with certain buildings and would push you into something you didn’t want. Foster didn’t do anything like that!
When he first contacted me he asked me to answer a group of questions in order to help him out when trying to find what we wanted. This helped narrow his search and we were able to see a few units that were in our price range and where we wanted to live.
Foster was a great help in getting us the place we wanted and as quickly as possible!
