I’ve seen two plays at The Building Stage — Dracula and Jon. I very much enjoyed both of these innovative plays. I bought tickets for both through Goldstar Events, so got in for an very reasonable price. The lobby is set up with legos, James Bond video games and other toys for you to play with while you wait for the play. Parking is very easy. The theater is in a former warehouse in the West Loop and every seat is a good one. I enjoyed Dracula a great deal but I liked Jon even better. It’s billed as «a futuristic allegory about teenage love and self-discovery in a corporate universe where television commercials replace life experiences.» Such an original story produced in an extremely original way. I highly recommend it.
