These are Gorgeous condos. We came here to visit my closest cousin and her family.
Perks of this building:
1. Underground private garage
2. 24 hour indoor pool (gorgeous)
3. Breathtaking views of the city
4. Outdoor fifth floor patio with fire pits and grill
5. Movie viewing room
6. 24 concierge front desk
7. Indoor gym with a view
8. Excellent craftsmanship and colors in the condos
9. Within walking distance of some of the greatest places in Chicago including but not limited to millennium park, grant park, soldier field, field museum, the lake, buckingham fountain, and Michigan avenue and state.
The developers did an excellent job with both construction and location.
There are few cons. I would say that just like anywhere downtown, parking for friends will be difficult. In addition, Michigan avenue and Roosevelt are extremely crowded and traffic is a nightmare at peak times but if you work downtown then you won’t care.
