My experience with Mary Nack was as a «go between» and not a regular client. My friend was going nuts looking for a condo in Chicago. She was totally unsettled about exactly where — had looked in the city, north and south ‘burbs, checked out a retirement village in Florida, and generally driven several realtors and most of her friends totally bezerk.
I got in touch with Mary who came up with a very pleasant neighborhood in the appropriate price range. Although she and my friend did not strike a deal it was so reassuring to have Mary on the job; I knew she would do her best to get my friend settled. My friend also was impressed with how closely Mary had come to finding just what she was searching for.
One thing I learned from Mary as a result of this — the more you talk to a realtor the better able they will be able to find what will make you happy.
