I’ve been coming to Dr. Thomas office ever since I moved to Chicago in 2002. I need allergy shots every month, so I have probably been in this office about 150 times. I just got off the phone with the office to obtain a referral, and I felt compelled to write a review because the staff at this office is absolutely outstanding, not only today, but on a regular basis. They are so kind and effective, they knew my name without me saying it, and they are very proactive and helpful. They make everything so very easy. It is very easy for me to give this office 5 stars rating because of that, considering allergies are a chronic disease, and that I will be having to get my shots for ever. Just recently, Dr. Thomas’ son (I believe) joined the team as an additional doctor.

so when i got my allergy testing done i was told i wouldn’t have to pay a co-​pay each time i picked up a new vial, turns out i do, and my co-​pay is $ 60 and i am legitimately pissed off.
also, when i made an apt for allergy testing no one from the office told me not to take any allergy med before the apt for 2 weeks, so i had to make another apt 2 weeks later and pay ANOTHER co-​pay to go back and get it done.
