Unlike many of the beach-​front condos in the area, this building has gone through all the major and costly renovations and we are now home free. Thanks to the work of a great crew, capable condo board and management team we enjoy so many benefits of an efficiently run condo. We get letters from cash-​offering hopeful buyers a lot but it would be really hard to part with such a great place.

As a licensed realtor and a proud owner in this 100% owner occupied building, I’m really fortunate to have picked the right building. We’ve got a great property manager who’s really on top of things with a board of directors that really have the owners best interests at heart. We’ve got great curb appeal with the 3-​spout water fountain, a nice size outdoor pool with a large patio, a great fitness center that overlooks the lake, and each unit has at least 30 foot private balconies which are brand new in 2007. Oh, each unit comes with a indoor garage parking spot and the monthly assessments are very reasonable. check out
