I like the service I received, but when I received a bill for a 5-min. «office visit» when all I did was pick up my orthotics I was pretty irritated. I have been seen by other podiatrist and the pick-up of customized inserts was always just considered part of the initial visit and wasn’t billed separately. I find this to be the a major contributor to the health insurance crisis we have found our selves in today and even the smallest unnecessary charges can eventually cause premiums to rise. I don’t plan on returning to this office and will go back to my former podiatrist who doesn’t nickel and dime you to death.

I had surgery with Dr. Michelle Kim 10 days ago. I did my research. I met with various podiatrists, and I asked for referrals. I had no luck and didn’t meet anyone I liked until I met Dr. Kim. She was truly concerned about my goals for my foot surgery and was overly observant about some issues that I had never told her about, on top of the fact that she was the ONLY one that pointed these things out. I was overly impressed with her just from our first meeting. On top of truly liking her, she is a good listener and an excellent orthopedic surgeon. A majority of my research findings and discussing foot surgeries with other folks were all negative and painful experiences that they would wish upon no one. I barely had any pain with my experience with Dr. Kim. I took the pain killers for 2 days and decided to stop because of the negative affects it was doing on my digestive system. For the past week, I have only been taking anti-inflammation medication for the healing. If you are considering any type of foot surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Michelle Kim.
