I was in the middle of looking for a new cell phone because Sprint is a rip off because I was told if I had an individual plan it would be close to $ 200 a month and for that much I could pay for two TMobile bills. I did some research and TMobile had a great plan for individuals which gave unlimited talk, pics, text, and web for $ 39.99 a month and even better NO contract because I wasnt about to sign a 2 year contract to be locked into something. I got a month to month agreement so if I am not happy with the service I can go to someone else and not have to pay a $ 200 termination fee. I got great service I was taken care of very well by Jeremy and one of the things I liked was that the staff all had normal names nothing ghetto and weird which is how it should be. What would make you want to go in someplace and someone greets you with the names«Shaquita» or «LaQuita» makes you think you’re dealing with a hoodrat. Jeremy was very professional and took the time to explain each of the phones I was looking at. Jeremy showed me one of two phones he had and I took to the second one he showed me which was an android phone with Microsoft on it so I can use the applications on the go including Facebook. He explained the terms of the agreement and answered any questions I had. I got better service there than when I’ve gone to a few places to get things. Now my sister is ready to kick US Cellular to the curb since she’s getting tired of their service and saw I got good service at TMobile with a cheaper plan. If you’re on the south side stop over to this location because it’s got a great, friendly, professional and a well organized staff. The last place I’ve gone to for a cell phone the staff was standing around chit chatting instead of taking 5 minutes to greet a customer that comes in. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good phone and cheaper plans if they’re not getting them from the current carriers one is with. I would also take into consideration that you won’t be sorry you went with TMobile if you’re with a carrier who’s plans are not meeting your budget and needs.
