Always enjoying buying my toms, usually get them at resellers. Went to the actual store and was pleasant surprised by the awesome gentleman who greeted us and helped me and my partner. I have no issues but my partner has wide feet and can’t fit in toms comfortably. So the great sales man talked him into a tea. He asked for a tea and then iced. The hipster girl with nappy colored split end hair responded with in typical hipster fashion, «ugh, it’s a hot tea» as if he were an idiot. He responded with yea, I know could you steep it and then pour over ice? She responded«I guess». Well hipster chick you caused some poor soul to not have drinking water because we walked out with just the shoes. If you don’t like customer service then you need to leave it and go get a job where your ugly hair and ugly attitude will prevail. Like a call center… for Comcast.

Finally had a chance to stop by and I loved it. Went in with my son and husband to get my son some shoes and all the employees were great. I loved how they made my son feel comfortable while trying on his shoes and gave us coffee samples(apple cider for my son). We walked in for shoes and walked out with some pastries, lavender caramel latte, mocha, 2 juices from Harvest Juicery, and my son’s shoes. Loved the feel of the place. Most diffinitly a place I’ll be going back to.

Ordered the vanilla coriander latte. The barista described it as silk. Really cool flavor combo. I’ll admit I was hesitant at first since coriander is an Indian spice with a strong flavor. I didn’t know how it would pair with coffee in latte form. Anyway, I decided to give it a go and it was better than expected. It was sweeter than expected but not overly sweet and it has a kick at the end. The reason j docked a star is because it is pricey for the smaller size and I wasn’t wowed by the flavor. I think the coriander slightly overpowers the coffee and vanilla combo and it made it seem like the coffee or the almond milk was bitter… couldn’t quite tell but I’m guessing it was the coriander. Would I return again?! Prolly but only if I were in the area.

a very good selling principle they have: for every pair of shoes purchased they match a pair of shoes that will be given to a child in need. one for one. buy and support kids in need.
