I came to Top Nails on Good Friday, mid-day, with no appointment, for a no-chip manicure. This was at the recommendation of my aunt who has lived in this area for 20+ years. I’ve been here less than a year. I won’t lie, I tried to go to Lee Nails across the street first, but they were JAMPACKED. People standing and waiting. People standing outside. A 30 minute wait. Tammy at Top Nails did my no-chip and she did an excellent job. Sure, their color selection isn’t HUGE, but I was able to find a fun springy color — OPI’s «cajun shrimp.» Tammy took her time and made sure my nails were even, well shaped, and well lacquered. I have no hesitation on knowing that this no-chip will last 2 weeks — barring catastrophe. She also paid nice attention to my cuticles, and made good conversation. I’m also completely fine with the fact that there was no awkward neck/shoulder massage at the end of the manicure… really, what is the point of that? Top Nails has a great set-up — the no-chip«bakers» are built into the tables, no clumsy maneuvering around them. Top Nails — I’ll be back!

Just started going there. Tammy’s the best! She’s a perfectionist, which is a good thing. She’s personable & has a great sense of humor.

I was looking for a good nail salon since I’m new to the area. I’ve tried a few and ended up here. I loved it! Great prices, great service and friendly staff! I got a mani/pedi and can’t wait to go back!

Ive been coming here for a couple of years now and while my ONLY issue is that I cant always get who I want to do my nails, Ive never had a problem with this salon. Its family-owned and they are all very hard-working and caring about their clients. My favorite is the young man, although I wouldnt mind any of the others. He is extremely meticulous and watching him, you can tell he really cares about what he is doing. I read the other reviews and dont understand what the peeps who gave bad reviews were expecting. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nail salon.

I just don’t think they know what they are doing at this place. I usually go across the street to Lee but they were packed and I was needing a pedicure badly. I should have just waited. The guy stabbed me a couple of times with the cuticle nippers, no warm towels, not the cleanest looking place; but really the place was just weird I seriously would go elsewhere. I know I won’t be going back.

This nail salon is nasty. I’m used to getting my nails done downtown and now I know why! I’d rather pay a little more than to deal with this place. First of all, they have a carpet on the floor and when you sit down in the pedicure chair, the first thing you notice is all the nails that were left on the floor! Grosssss!!! There’s a younger boy there that does your nails there too, he’s terrible. He made some rude comments about Ellen Degenerous and then insinuated that I worked behind a desk all day… if he only knew what kind of job I really have, his little discriminatory ass would of stopped talking! This shop just seemed very dirty and cheap. Word of advise, spend a little more money and go else where!

Great place to get nails done. They remember you, Your name, your face, and what you get done and how you like it.(No sex jokes!!) :) Always ask for linda or amy– best work hands down. And the young guy that works there– well he’s a little creepy and does a bad job.
