Torrid

I cannot believe how fantastic the girls in this shop are. I’ve been here twice within a couple of weeks. One was to do some relatively heavy shopping because I literally have zero clothes hat fit (apparently wedding planning can make you gain lots of weight… or at least in my case it has!). The first visit I was totally dreading it, but the minute I walked in everyone was super friendly and the clothes were pretty great quality and price wise and reminded me of things I would see in Forever 21 or any department store. Their bras are amazing! They also had a great selection of jewelry and other accessories as well as hose and spanx. The second visit I came New Years Eve day looking for a dress for a party I was attending. One of the girls in the shop helped me to pick it out and let me just explain that I have NEVER gotten so many compliments on a dress/​outfit as I did that night! Several girls at the bar asked me where I got my dress and when I told them it was from Torrid they were shocked! I’m so glad I went there and even more thankful for the customer service because I would have never picked the dress I bought out for myself.

Ok, I never leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience at this store. I had never been in a torrid, but I’m a bigger girl and this store is made for us! Now I’m not in to the skulls and goth/​punk whatever that look is, there is quite a bit of it! But there is a lot of other nice stuff. The reason I wanted to leave a review though is not the stuff I got (I got some great deals, but 1 get 2 free clearance! Full price buy one get one half off!) but the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY, SUPER HELPFUL, and VERY PATENT! I had a million silly questions about one item and one of the girls was very patent with me! I would like to name one great one but they were ALL GREAT! Also were honest when trying things on, one girl told me one of the dresses was not as flattering on me as another one I tried on, I really likes that she was honest with me, not just making a sale! any way LOVED THE EXPERIENCE! I frequent forever 21 often, and H&M, even at Macy’s (sometimes at Macy’s) never get this costumer service!
