Great store! I had a problem that another Verizon Store couldn’t fix. This store took care of my issue and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Props to this store. –Ryan

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This place is filled with shady characters who i’m guessing are still studying for their GED. I waited 2 months for a phone I had pre-ordered(one I was told would come in within 2 weeks) and then was told that my waiting period had passed and would no longer be able to exchange the phone I had bought previously, even though the store manager had assured me it would not be a problem. I called the store manager Jorge every day for five days, leaving messages each time with no response. Once I found out he was working I came in to speak to him and his excuse was that he had been really busy. REALLY!!! Is it too difficult to return phone calls and make an attempt at decent customer service. This isn’t brain surgery, it’s retail. Get it together. Save yourself the trouble and go to an actual Verizon store.

This was the most ridiculous store I’ve ever purchased something at. Usually I’m pretty patient, and I was for a while, but I was at this store for almost 2 hours. 2 hours of my life… gone. The store manager talks really fast, tries to sell you things you don’t need, and keeps you there FOREVER. It’s completely unnessesary. Don’t go there if you need a new phone… or anything. They will completely waste your time.

I love this place! That sounds stupid but I know that when I go into this store I am not going to have issue or come out annoyed. I know they are not a corporate store and can not assist with all of an individual’s needs however they always provide another way of helping you. I will not buy a cellphone from Verizon unless it is from this store. I am also going to drop a name and say that Jorge is a fantastic sales/manager(I think he is one now). He always helps me out with cellphones and because of this I will continue to be a loyal customer. I can’t say much about the other sales associates but I know for sure that if you go in and Jorge is there that you are in good hands. He finds what you are looking for, finds a way to get it to you at the lowest prices and then follows up on you multiple times to make sure that you are still happy with your purchase.

The manager of this store, JAVIER, is all about BAITANDSWITCH. I’ve been a Verizon customer but was planning to switch to a different company to get a cheaper anytime minute plan. This underhanded manager convinced me to sign up for another 2 year plan and promised me bonus minutes since I couldn’t afford the costly anytime minute plan. He seemed to have authority to do this BUTLIEDCOMPLETELYBECAUSEHEHASABSOLUTELYNOAUTHORITY. He kept telling me they were coming through and then the trial period ended so I was stuck with Verizon. Shame on me for believing this crooked guy. This store and this manager should be ashamed of themselves for needing to get customers to Verizon by these underhanded ways. Everyone – BEWARE of what they tell you at this store – it’s what you want to hear. Not what is reality.

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! The manager acts all nice at the store trying to upsell you everything in there and in doing so promises credits to your account and follow up, yet NEVERDOES! This guy doesn’t return calls and when you do finally get him he acts like he doesn’t remember who you are or what he said. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Shady salesmanship. Don’t go there, go to an actual Verizon store.
