Just warning you now, I had a huge billing issue come up. And when I wanted to speak to someone about it I was attacked by the associate there, when I asked for a corporate number she said she didn’t have one. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me I couldn’t speak to her. Overall the associate there was untrained, unprofessional and a flat out b****. I ended up asking for the managers hours and I saw her a few days later. HINT!! Their tanning beds suck too. Before signing up ask to see them. TIP!!! PLANET FITNESS has BETTER HOURS, BETTER TANNING BEDS! AND ITS CHEAPER! The associates are nice when you sign up but they don’t care and give you attitude once you sign and you’re locked into a contract. Be aware don’t make the same mistake I did and go somewhere else!

Open on a Saturday until 5! Really. The one day a week I can tan if I’m free. This place is already a rip off on prices, the hours could be better. Especially in the winter.

This is the first time I was in. I go to LA but I was rushing and didn’t have time to go to my regular place, just because they are close to hip mall I decided to give them try. I went in and asked if they do except walked in, girl named Gina told me sure and signed me up, she had friendly attitude but definitely she’s not the best sales person, their single session it’s not the cheapest one almost $ 50 and they do not have any specials for new clients, their monthly tanning it’s $ 90 so I think $ 50 for single session it’s little bit too much, anyway like I said I was in rush so I signed up and I used one of best beds they do have. I have to admitted I got brown right away, so quality of beds is not bad at all, but I feel like they are way too expensive and I know you get what you pay for but at this point I feel like LA tan it’s so much better with their prices and specials. As much as I do like my tan I really don’t feel like paying $ 50 every time I would like to get tan, and $ 90 it’s definitely way too much for monthly unlimited tan if I use it maybe twice per month.

First time going to a tanning salon and went in for the $ 10 spray tan on Sundays. Christine was very helpful told me what to expect and didn’t try pressuring me into purchasing anything additional. She told me about the packages available, but only because I asked. Not sure how the tan is going to turn out yet but they get an A+ for her great customer service.

This place is annoying. Overly tan girls trying to get money out of me every time I am in there.
The hassle you to buy lotions, different eyewear etc…
Ultimate also keeps raising their prices for members.
Definitely looking into changing to Palm Beach tan
