Carol and Kimberly are awesome. I’ve had a storage unit here for some years to keep my house from being cluttered and they are two of the most flexible people to work with you could ever meet. Very secure location and it’s pretty easy to get in and out. Automatic bill pay each month online as well for those, like myself, that prefer to have it deducted instead of trying to remember to pay it each month.

Kimberly and Carole are awesome employees at this Uncle Bob’s location! They are kind, helpful, courteous, and accommodating. They are quick to notify me when a package has been received that needs to be placed into my unit. The building and storage itself are very clean. This is the third storage facility I have used and the best one to date.

Good location if you want you storage not to far from the loop and the southside of Chicago. Friendly and helpful staff. Good clean and spacious facility at an affordable price. They also call and remind you when you bill is due around the 3rd of the month. Rent is due by the 5th. The 10×10 is a nice size for a typical 2 bedroom. Clean and it’s a nice temperature, not 2 cold or hot.
