Uncle Bob’s was a great experience. Super clean, easy to get in and out of and the customer service is above and beyond what I would expect from a storage facility. Their website is well-​designed and made it really easy to figure out and find what I needed. After I initially reserved a unit online I received a friendly phone confirmation and from then on every interaction with their employees was a pleasant one. They really seem to take customer service seriously, at least at this location. I’ve never been to any others.
I only needed to store a few things for a few months after a move but they were as courteous as they could be even through move out. When I run out of room in the basement I’ll definitely head back to Uncle Bob’s.

Brand spankin’ new, super clean and brightly lit, easy access, friendly customer service, most affordable storage in the Logan Square/​Avondale area.
