This club is smaller but much less crowded. Same food, drinks etc. it’s updated and doesn’t show too much wear. The side closer to F seems to get less traffic.

I often wonder why I continue to pay the annual fee to belong to the United Club. The club in terminal 2 Concourse F is clean enough, but otherwise it’s pathetic. Food choices include congealed soup, processed cheese cubes, and dried up carrot and celery sticks. Nothing to dip them in. I sorted through the Earl Grey teabags at 2 beverage stations and was able to find only one that was not decaffeinated. Then the hot water dispenser ran out of hot water when the cup was half full. Wait. Wait. Oh, hot water again! What happens when the club is crowded? The hot beverage machines are pathetic! Really, United Airlines! Isn’t ORD your showplace? You can do better for your loyal customers. p. s. The hot water dispenser added the flavor of other coffee beverages to the water, rendering the tea undrinkable.

I traveled through this club quite often now. It is nice. The food selection for a vegetarian are now good. It would be nice however if they would label their food if it is vegetarian or not. Sometimes hard to tell. Wifi is a hit or miss in this location. If you can get connected it often works for a time very good then it hangs — and then it resumes. That is a bit annoying.

Furniture is in good shape, some comfy spots. A significant upgrade from many other tired United lounges. Charcuterie today was exceptional as was quinoa salad. Bathrooms need more attention janitorial-y. Staff were friendly.

Asked if there was food and was told no so went out to purchase only to come back and have a couple with a full continental breakfast spread. I get a couple of passes because of my credit card every year and have never joined club cause it’s been years and I haven’t used them. My experience thus far is if you have these passes you aren’t really«in» so no really effort to make you feel welcomed. Shame cause what United is probably trying to do is give you a taste to join. They are nice but atmosphere not welcoming.

This is a phenomenal place to relax if you have long layovers. They have all kinds of snacks, complementary beer and wine, and comfortable chairs that conform to your body. I will always choose UnitedClub while traveling! A must try for those who haven’t yet experienced its luxury!

THEYHAVE90c PREMIUMLIQUORRIGHTNOW(for their anniversary)! Go go go go go. …the cheaper stuff is still free with entry.(Also, they don’t take cash — credit/debit card only) I’m a little bitter at United Club since they stopped honoring Priority Pass members but I went last week with a United Pass. I’ve been here a few times, and while this is far below the standard in International Terminal Lounges, it’s not bad for a domestic lounge. Everything is clean, and the décor is clean lines, clean everything. Light snacks have been available every time I’ve gone in the past, though seating can be a hit/miss. Don’t, by any means, plan on filling up here. Everything is high sodium, and you’ll end up bloated for your flight. But as a stop where you can relax a bit, charge your electronics, read a book, watch some news, go potty, you get the point. not bad, not bad at all. PS Close enough to the Delta gates that you can go even if catching a Delta flight.

I pass through here so often… I’ve lost count. It’s one of United’s more recently refurbished Clubs. This one in F Terminal. Room to work and abundant A/C outlets to plug in. Complimentary draught beer in tiny glasses, wine, and house booze(but how could this be… no house bourbon last time I checked). Light snacks appropriate for each time of day, such as fresh berries and breakfast cereal in the morning… and simple salad and hummus with pita chips in the evening. Friendly staff. Overall clean and quiet. Wi-Fi log-in PIN changes daily, an annoyance. My main gripe remains: United Club is no Lufthansa Lounge which are 10x superior. United could learn from Lufthansa hospitality. While United has improved in 2016, such as the recent upgrade in the coffee, it still feels like it is run by bean-counters instead of hospitality people. Tip: The advantages of paying the annual Club Membership fee becomes most valuable when travel disruptions inevitably occur. The United Club will get it sorted out… faster than out in the terminal. United Club staff skills and can-do attitude are consistently better, and probably the queue is shorter in the Club when things go from bad to worse.

Very large United Club with a mix of bar, high and low top seating. Shower area, private work booths and a pretty good mix of snacks/food. Plenty of areas to charge up and get work done or you can just sit by the windows and watch the aircraft arrive and depart.

What is a One-Time Pass really worth? I was turned away from the United Club at the F concourse at Chicago O’Hare due to high demand, rendering my One-Time Pass essentially worthless. Meanwhile, other customers, who I assume must be United Club members, walked right on through. United has stipulations on entering as pass holders, such as having a valid pass and valid same day United boarding pass, but this wasn’t the issue. While the Terms and Conditions for the United Club state that they can limit access when the Club is in high demand, it’s frustrating when you paid for a pass and then are denied access. I write this review to caution potential United Club One-Time Pass customers, hoping they don’t experience the same situation.

Stopped in here to hang out for a while, plug in some devices to charge, and get some work done on the MacBook Pro. Lots of seating, although it was an awkward time of day — the sun was setting and coming in the windows in such a way that most seating areas — you were sort of blinded by the sun. I managed to find a couple of spots where this was not the case and settled in. I note that United has started serving hot soup in their Clubs, so I checked it out and got a cup. It was actually pretty good and I added some Sriracha sauce to spice it up even more. Tasty! Nice United Club!

This review is for the United Club in Terminal F at O’Hare. The gates here are far removed from the main United gates at Terminals B and C(although they are accessible by shuttle bus from Terminal C) as they serve primarily regional jets, which leads to a quieter, less hectic feeling at this particular club. What’s more, this club has been redesigned in a sleek, contemporary manner that makes it far more attractive than the other United Clubs at O’Hare at the moment. While the food and bar offerings are the same, the furniture is newer and more modern, and the club filled with posters and photos of United aircraft over the years. Even the bathrooms are sparkling new and clean — even featuring mirrors that are frosted to resemble 787 Dreamliner windows. There’s also a nice view of the F gates as well as the surrounding runways. The fact that a young lady was sound asleep, spread out all over one of the couches in the middle of the club here on a recent delay-filled day, shows how quiet and cozy this club is. Here’s hoping the other United Clubs in the entire system rise up and meet this standard.

It’s great to be able to relax during a layover, but it’s really great to be able to put your feet up. United had nowhere to do that. They have a nice selection of snacks and some pretty good veggie soup, but only chairs in which you must remain upright. Pretty good bar, as well, but the only free drinks are basic beer and wine. I’d recommend it over regular gate waiting areas, for sure. Only if you have a free pass. It’s definitely not worth $ 50.

I had a couple of free passes and a layover in O’hare. What better way to kill some time! Free food, drinks, nice views, TVs, newspapers etc. If you dont have a free pass the $ 35 price is probably worth it if you will have a layover longer than a couple of hours.

Much much nicer than other United’s other clubs I’ve visited. I understand all are in process of being updated to the same standard.

This Club has been remodeled to the new look. this club has better seats, charging ports and the food has improved. it’s almost like the Air Canada Maple Leaf lounge in LAX Terminal 2. the Food for snack time– Lunch and dinner now features soups, hummus, chips, and nuts. there may be a few other i am missing but it is 100% better than the standard fair united has offered in the past. I also noticed the improved coffee machines. the older ones with the option to make a latte or a espresso drink just did not taste all that great. If United keeps improving i will keep flying them. it’s only doing to get better, right?

This lounge has relatively recently been updated so it’s not your typical sad, dilapidated UA lounge. Of course, guests are still stuck with the typical paltry choices when it comes to food/snacks. … My hunch is that it’s not quite as crowed/overused because it’s tucked away over in the F concourse. I’d never pay to use a UA lounge but if you’ve got access based on status with UA or a Star Alliance partner, this lounge is pleasant enough to merit wandering down the hall for a bit of quiet, an outlet, and a somewhat comfy chair.

Free newspapers, breakfast items, wine, beer and spirits. Nice clean restrooms, comfortable chairs, free wi-fi and seclusion from all of the other travelers in the airport. Also ample charging stations to re-charge all of your devices.
