The red juice did taste like medicine– probably a cherry based syrup. The first time I drank it I thought it was ok, but the second one I couldn’t even finish. I ended up not finishing the cleanse as a result.

I bought a 5-day juice cleanse. I have never done a cleanse before and did not know what to expect. Only after I was finally able to schedule an appointment and arrived at their facility did I learn of the meal plan. Nonetheless, I went straight out and bought everything on the list. Only later did I learn that much of what was contained on the shopping list, was not on the meal plan. I was also advised at the time of pick up that I should only take 3 days worth of juice with me and should return at the completion of day 3 for the remaining 2 days worth of juice. I scheduled the pickup for a time slot at the end of the day and left work in the suburbs early to make sure I did not miss my appointment. However, when I arrived no one was there. This was particularly disappointing because I had been carefully following the cleanse and was committed to continue it for 2 more days. Two weeks later… after phone calls and an email, I still have not received any response.

I bought a groupon for a 3-day Juice Detox. and overall I did not have a good experience with Renuil. 1. I received an e-mail with the meal plan and the shopping list 2 days before I was supposed to start the detox and since I have commitments in the evening of both of those days prior to beginning the juice cleans and I had no time to go shopping to prepare the food, I asked if I can reschedule and they said yes. I recommended to them that they send the meal plan and shopping list at least 1 week prior to the start the juice cleans. 2. As someone else mentioned, the items listed in the shopping list did not correspond to the meal plan meals and not all the ingredients had measurements. I also would have preferred further information about the origins and why things were developed the way they were in this Juice Detox Diet . 3. The red juice was too sweet and sort of tasted like medicine. 4. Once I made my appointment for the Juice Cleans, I was originally told that I was going to pick up the Juices and then they sent me an e-mail 2 days before the Juice Cleans began, saying they needed my address so it can be delivered. I called to inquire about this mix up and then they told me that if I wanted to pick up the Juices it would be at this warehouse at 1700 W. Hubbard — which was not previously mentioned. In the end, they ended up delivering the juices to my apartment. 5. I was told a dietician would call to answer my questions about the meal plan prior to the start of the Juice Detox and NO one called even after I made a 2nd phone call to their office. I think Renuil should learn how to be better organized with facilitating their Juice Detox and have a more responsive customer service team. I would not recommend going through Renuil, I am going to try another Juice Detox place.

Ordered the 5-day cleanse off Groupon. 30 minutes before I was supposed to be there to pick it up, I get an e-mail saying they’re sorry but they didn’t get their produce delivered and so there will be no pick up. They couldn’t have sent an e-mail first thing this morning or at least 30 minutes before pick up time when I had already started driving to the city? I bought this Groupon a month ago. So unprofessional. Should have known from the other bad reviews. Getting a refund because I do not want this service to have my money. Also, whenever I had tried to call them before, the phone always went to voicemail even during business hours. What kind of a business are you running?

I didn’t have the customer service issues others had, so I did actually begin the 3-day juice cleanse. Unfortunately, I found out half way through that it exacerbated my spring allergies, so I can’t say if I felt cleansed. My notes are: –The red juice is very sweet and the green juice is primarily celery in smell/flavor –The shopping list contains items not on the food plan; likely extra for snacks

This place blows and sucks, and like the first reviewer said very unprofessional. Anytime you call, you will get a the voice mail, what kind of business does this? It takes them all day to call you back. I brought 2 Groupons, 1 for the 30 day yoga detox, in which they canceled my appointment session 18 hours before the program was schedule to start. I made my appointment at least a week earlier, it wasn’t till I inquired what to bring or do for the first meeting, in a voice mail that these cowards decided to send me a e-mail the night before to cancel the whole session. Was told that they didn’t have enough people to fill that session. What does that have to do with me? Why advertise for sessions if you know they are hard to fill up, dumba**. The Second one was for detox juices, but if they treat their customers like the earlier reviewer, than I don’t want that either, and will be requesting a refund for both. They missed out on a $ 150.00 worth of business from me because of their incompetence. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I’m very pissed off!

Terrible customer service. I bought a 3 day juice cleanse off of groupon, it took me 3 days to get in touch with them, and then when they did reach out to me and we made a date for pick up, they completely forgot about my pick up the day of and then did nothing to cure it/were completely unprofessional and not apologetic. Rather than deal with their incompetence for any longer, I requested a refund on groupon.
