These were some of the most absolutely fan-freakin-tastic cupcakes I’ve had in a really really long time! My best friend recently had 6 varieties of cupcake for her wedding. I had the strawberry and cream… wow. So.So. good. The cakes themselves are moist and full of flavor, and the frosting was just sweet enough, without me feeling like my teeth were decaying on the spot. It takes some serious talent to create such flavors, and not using any animal fats to boot! Baking can be seriously hard when using animal products, so to be able to create such wonderfulness without. I was blown away. I wish I lived closer to be able to try all of the cupcake flavors.

I discovered these cupcakes at the Renegade Craft Fair. I’m a vegan and was looking for vegan wedding dessert options. I knew immediately that my groom had to try these. The ladies behind vegan bomb set up a great tasting for us and that was it, we didn’t taste anything else, we know Vegan Bomb was it. My hubby isn’t vegan and he thought they were better than any other cupcakes he’d ever had. They were a huge, huge hit at our wedding. Everyone has been begging me for leftovers and asking where to get them. I can’t recommend any dessert more highly than this!

I solemnly swear to become vegan if I can eat the peanut butter chocolate cupcakes by Vegan Bomb every single day, all day. Forever. Amen. They even have cute little peanuts on top! Vegan, of course. Ummmm, seriously. This was better than some of the«heathen» cupcakes I’ve eaten with: GASP: real eggs and dairy, and all that gooky stuff. Serious stuff. GoodNIGHT. Someone just ordered these in for an office birthday party and, as a resident foodie and sugar fiend, I’m bestowing the 5-star, no questions asked. I’m not vegan. I’m not vegetarian. I cook with butter and all of the other stuff that puts cholestrol through the roof. Not only could I not taste the difference between Vegan Bombs and Sugar Bliss or Molly’s, I think they’re a step up. I never thought I’d say that but good glory, that just made my afternoon. Key Lime and Dreamsicle are my current favorites but i wasn’t fast enough to snag Chocolate Hazelnut so we’ll just have to order again sometime…
