This place is ‘ok’. I purchased glasses and contacts. There seems to be miscommunication between the staff there. I was told i’d get trials and when they called me to pick up my contacts the girl seemed mad and gave me attitude because i asked for the trials. Hey I’m a paying customer, i have to try them out to make sure they’re right for my eyes because if i open the boxes of contacts i purchased and they’re not right then too bad i opened them, i cant return them. They should really work on their customer service! When i got my glasses i did not receive any spray or cloth to clean them. When i got my contacts i asked, ‘so what kind of solution should i use?’ Thats when they gave me some solution and a case for them. If i wouldn’t have asked i wouldn’t have got anything.

Completely inexperienced staff. First, my prescription was entered incorrectly. Then it took forever to get the replacement boxes — supposedly the«delivery never came». Picked up the replacements yesterday, and not only did they open the sealed boxes to label each and every lens, they switched the L/R labels and put them on wrong. Whoever hires these techs needs to train them properly; you can’t mess with people’s eyes like that. I won’t go back.

Because they have Sunday appointments this is truly a plus. I have a super busy schedule and having a Sunday to be able to go into an appointment is actually a good idea, as most do not do this. I was happy none the less and I am really glad that the girls in this office are that amazing also. I mean, they were attentive and very knowledgeable also on certain insurances as well as the pricing of frames. Although this day was for my elderly mom, I was very happy that it was courteous and that they understood my moms needs. In the end its all about courteous service and how you are treated and I for one have to say that they were extremely professional there. The fact that they are located inside a mini outside mall helps also due to having plenty of parking and enough space for a ton of customers. Lately I noticed that many other optical spots are not equipped to handle many customers and that the Sunday is not a factor, but when you work full time and go to school full time, a Sunday opening is exactly what is needed. Many may not realize it, but time is limited these days so being able to go and not have an appointment is awesome, although appointments will always lead to faster service. As we had one also. They also call your insurance right there to make sure they are able to provide excellent service quickly. This again is something that other optical shops cannot do, or for that matter are equipped to do. Give them a chance and also, check the Unilocal ad as they do have coupons here and there. USETHEM!

Worst place ever to buy glasses. Super expensive! Never again. Try Costco, compare prices and quality and you’ll see the HUGE difference. They even charge for HDGLASS and ANTIGLARE! Really?

I had a amazing experience both girls greeted us entering were very polite did not wait long and answered all my questions both the Dr and both girls were very polite and most important loved the prizes versus the old place I went to Buena Vista optical will I go back to Buena Vista no chance of that happening thank you Vission Works for a great welcoming and a good experienced will defitnatly go again

This place was horrible the customer service was beyond awful. The wait for my exam was too long and my questions toward my insurance were not answer correctly. The general manager was really rude and wasn’t able to help with my situation regarding my glasses not to mention the bad attitude of their retail supervisor!

Customer service is dreadful, CSR’s does not seem to know anything about HD Insurance, personal insurance, seems they are familiar only with group insurance but no with HD or Part C insurance, walk in’s get seen before people with appointment, also, seems the CSR does not have the liberty to take decisions by themselves, every single thing has to be asked before. No communication between Dr and Front of the house.

So this was the closest place my insurance took. I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon. not expecting too much and I was attended right away by the doctor and his assistants. They have an opening special right now, but their regular prices seem pretty fair to me… I am not a regular eyeglass wearer. Would def go back again and recommend =)
