The lady who answers the phone is a complete a**hole! She kept cutting me off as I ordered. Then I tried to ask her if it was cheaper to get the special and she acted really annoyed, at the end of my order she just hung up the phone. I called back to cancel my order because I’m not about to give my money to a company that has rude service. Of course she answered again and all she said was «okay» and hung up! She didn’t even take my name down or ask for my card number, that was very unprofessional. When I called back to talk to a manager, he kept acting like he couldn’t understand what I was saying. Never ordering from here anymore. it’s not my fault you couldn’t get a better job

I love the service here! They show up to deliver exactly when they say they will! Better delivery than pizza nova for sure! & the delivery guy is SO NICE! the only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because I’ve never eaten inside the restaurant but the pizza is good!

after waiting 40 mins in the store for my order, the food was terrible. We ordered a bbq sandwitch, a chicken sandwich, a salad, onion rings, ans poppers. About 40 dollars in food it was given to us cold. The bbq did not have bbq sauce on it. Whwn we called to talk to the Manager to explain, He was very rude, ignorant and stupid. If it was the Manager. We told him that we did not want our money back but only replacement sandwiches. We told him that we were customers at least once a month and had the pizza, catering, and other food, He would not help us and said SO WHAT if we did not like what we got. not good customer service. I did not know that business was that good at this time. Well my business and that of ten of our friends will not be buying from you again since you do not need us. Maybe a few more people will stop buying and we wlll see what SO WHAT means. It is a shame when a neighborhood closes… SO SAD!!!

Not ordering from here again. Pizza took almost 2hrs to get to my house. By the time it got here pizza was cold and the fries were also cold. We called to complain and they gave us $ 5 off our next order but doubt we will be using it.

This place has been around since I can remember. Been a while since I have ordered from them, but decided to order last week after seeing one of their flyers on my gate. Man did I forget what this pizza tasted like. I ordered a family 16′ pepperoni with extra cheese. So damn good. Me and my wife were like WOW after the first bite, even the pizza itself looks like it tasted better than the other places. Blows away the other pizza places around our area. Hands down one of the best pizza places in Chicago.

The pizza here is pretty good. The fries are okay and the wings only come in two flavors and are over priced. I’ve been ordering from here for about 3 months and have not had an issue until recently.
The driver for my order comes with one thing out of 3 and took him more than the expected time. Cooneys did give me a credit but then messed up my order when I used the credit. I called yesterday and they weren’t offering delivery. Who doesn’t offer delivery on a Sunday? They have an online promo which I never get to use because the system says they do not deliver to my home but they do. I have called and complained and they can’t do anything or offer me the promo.
I ordered a large pizza (which is not that big) with pepperoni n sausage, 12 wings, had to pick it up and paid almost $ 40. Way over priced for me now.
Overall the food is nothing special the pizza is good but for the hassle not sure if it’s worth it.

Love love love this place. Just moved to the area and after a bad experience at a nearby place we decided to give Waldo’s a try. We ordered a pep and jalapeño and it was amazing, service was nice and prompt. This place is definitely a staple on the Southside. Thanks!

I am on a mission to order pizza weekly, and will now rotate my pizza between Falco’s and Waldo Cooney’s. Without the cheese, the sauce and crust both have flavor. The crust has that sort of cornmeal on the bottom, which I like, and some sort of herbs in the sauce (I can’t recall what, sorry!). I have ordered cheeseless mushroom & onion pizza as well as tomato & spinach pizza. Their spinach is better than Falco’s.
Service was fine. I tried calling in the order, but their computers were messed up (I was paying by credit card). But lo and behold, they have online ordering! The pizza came in a little under an hour (as estimated).
So if you want a change from Falco’s, try this place.
