Had a bad experience here tonight. went and bought ice cream, was hoping for some quarters when I got cash back, I asked the over weight white haired mid 40’s white man named Steve for 3.50 in quarters out of my 5.00 cash back. He said 2.00 is the best he could do. As this store closes in an hour or so and they have over 15 dollars in quarters right there I pressed and expressed I need to do laundry and I need just a 1.50 more, he said«im offering you 2 and that’s it.». I pointed out that It was near closing and still 2 is all he could do. I could see this from an unorganized mom and pop shop but really? Walgreens doesn’t have 1.50 in quarters, smh at this rude unorganized mess of a person working at Walgreens tryna horde all the quarters for no reason. Inconvenience from a convenient store, I’m not returning.

Never ceases to be stressful. Either the computer is down, they are understaffed and the line is long or the refill is not ready. In every instance, you have to become irritable before the staff will become helpful. The products are overpriced and the store itself struggles to classify as clean. I hope I never have to come back.

Aside from the AWESOME pharmacists this is the worst walgreens I’ve Ever Been to. Very limited selection of food and beauty items which wouldn’t be so bad if they rotated products once in a while

I have been going to this pharmacy for the last 8 or 9 year’s, besides being treated with the utmost respect, the Pharmacy staff has always been able to answer any of my questions, and if they don’t have a certain Medicine they gladly will find a pharmacy as close as possible that does, my experience there is always pleasant, and yes sometimes you have to wait in line, if that’s the worst thing that happens I’m in good shape! I’ve never seen or experienced any of the other not so good reviews I’m just saying!

Its close to the crib, it has a chase atm, and its pretty much self serve. I will say that I’ve seen a manager walk away from an argument between a customer and a employee…“he was like, I’m outta here” hahaha and just avoid the older white lady cashier with red hair. I rather watch grass grow then to deal wih her.

If I had to just rate the efficiency of this Walgreens, I’d give it a 1.5. That’s generous. However, I really like the pharmacy staff here, so they bump up my rating a bit. But let me reiterate: the service here is incredibly slow. There’s always 1000 people picking up prescriptions at all times of the day so prepare to just stand around and wait. There’s usually only one pharm tech and one pharmacist working, which slows down the process even more. Yes, they’re nice, but there’s only two of them. Yikes. There’s no self-checkout, even though this location was recently remodeled. Same issue with the front staff. Checkout is unbelievably slow. Every time I’ve been here(early, mid-afternoon, early evening, late night) it’s insanely slow. However, they have a pretty decent grocery section with a good selection of fresh items. The pharmacy team is nice and they look out for you, so that bumps up the rating. They always have scripts in stock and they are good about calling your doctor when you have a problem with your auto-refill.

Slow. Slow. Slow. Desperately needs a self-checkout lane. Granted it may just be chance that there is always a long line, and always the same cashier going on and on to every customer about the importance of a Walgreens card, but I finally had enough. I used to stop here almost daily as it’s close to my house. I go out of my way to avoid it now. That being said, it’s pretty much your standard Walgreens when it comes to stock. Just don’t expect to pop in and pop out. Doesn’t serve alcohol.

Walgreens stores don’t give me a whole lot of wiggle room when it comes to Unilocal reviews. The fact of the matter is that most Walgreens are okay. They’re unremarkable in almost every way but are convenient and usually have what you’re looking for as long as you’re looking for something basic. This branch is no exception. I like it. It’s close to my home and I can get the bare basics here. It’s not the best pharmacy or convenience store that I’ve ever been to, but it really doesn’t have to be. A-OK. Nothing more, nothing less.

This review is mainly for the female cashier with short hair and lots of tattoos. She’s the most genuine, friendly employee of any store I’ve encountered. I live nearby and come in often. She’s always enthusiastic and outgoing with every customer, no matter the time. Cant remember her name, but she worked the evening of Tues 03 – 14. Give that lady a raise! I also have had multiple great experiences with those working in the pharmacy.

This used to be a freestanding Walgreens, but it looks like they made a deal with Weiss Memorial hospital, when Weiss built their new professional building extension on the north side of the hospital. Walgreens now has a space on the first floor of the extension, equal to or bigger than the old space they had. By definition, the space is newer than the old building, bigger than it seems from the outside, and well-stocked with a broad group of diverse products.
