I lived here for 2.5 years and I can confidently say that these guys are the nicest. They respond to maintenance request in a timely manner and are very understanding for little things like forgetting to pay to rent etc.

I absolutely love living here, and just signed my second lease. Since I’m a property manager myself, I know about good and bad buildings/units/landlords. The building is pet friendly with NO weight limit for dogs. Don’t let this deter you though – there’s literally never any barking dogs! Each unit has two doors, one to the carpeted common area lobby and one to a huge shared deck. The decks wrap around the building and corner units especially really get to enjoy the decks, as there are so few people around you to share it with. The neighbors are extremely quiet. No loud music or big parties. Sometimes I think the people that live here are the best part of this building, as they are all friendly, mind their own business, and are working professionals. However, management is extremely responsive and on site. I asked for a new key for my mailbox yesterday evening around 4PM, and I had my key at 8AM the next day. You can pay your rent online via debit, credit, or ACH. The area is very safe and I’ve never even been spooked, and I’ve walked home drunk at 3 am by myself. Also another huge perk about this building is that the street parking is extremely easy – you’ll always find a spot, even at 4 am. Walking distance to a grocery store(end of argyle, on Clark) and many bars, restaurants, clothing and retail stores. Very short walk to the Argyle red line stop. Heat is included in rent. You pay electric, gas, and water. My utilities are under $ 50 each month for all. Laundry on site, coin-op. Many, many machines so you never have to wait. Thanks, Briana and Victor, for being part of an amazing management team!

First, I missed out on an awesome apartment because I was told an app fee was needed that I didn’t have at the time of appointment; only to find out it wasn’t required. So someone came and grabbed it from under me. Second, I didn’t like how I was coerced into applying for a unit when I voiced concerns about credit approval. I was told the determination was based on evictions and landlord delinquencies. My credit was run and I was declined. Then I was reminded that I signed a document stating what the criteria used to determine acceptance was. What I was told and the documents presented are two different things. However you justify it, I was misled!
