Hobos everywhere and it’s so unsanitary the tables aren’t clean and the floor is sticky.

Order 10 wings a 20oz Coke and season fries, order was due to deliver at 5:25pm but was delivered 10 mins. Late and my 20z is more like a 12oz can Coke

Mediocre. I wanted wings last night, and because this location is nearby, I stopped in to order some with fries. I stood in front of the cashier for a minute or two, before I was even acknowledge and asked to be helped. I ordered the 60 cent boneless (Louisiana Rub & BBQ) and an order of their seasoned fries.
I feel like in that meal alone, I consumed my sodium intake for the entire week. I’ve never had anything so salty. I understand rubs are sometimes salty, but the flavor should certainly outweigh it. The BBQ wings were fine, no complaints. They weren’t bad, but they also weren’t the best wings I’ve had, either.
The meal would have been ok if the excessive amounts of salt were absent. Because it tasted like the top on the salt shaker came off, avoid this place. There are better wing places than this in the city.

I rarely give a review on a place if I’m going to give it less than 4 stars but this place takes the #1 spot on a wall of shame.
My carry out order had a gum wrapper in my wings. The silver lining here is that I wasn’t fortunate enough to get the gum. Sorry to unlucky patron with gum in their order.

I love wingstop but this location isn’t the best. I came in Monday night and we ordered 20 wings and fries and the bill came out to be $ 16.01. Instead of letting the penny slide because we did not have changed the cashier Elizabeth was very rude and insisted we still owed money even though it was only a penny.
While waiting for our food she was yelling at a customer over ranch. He asked why he didn’t get a ranch or drink with his combo and she freaked out, even though she was in the wrong. Also my garlic parm wings had zero garlic. Bummer

The customer service here is terrible. Food takes forever to prepare, the estimated time is usually off by 20 minutes or more. Do yourself a favor and order from another place.

An ordinary fast food chain. You get what you get. Do not expect grade A customer service. It’s fast food. I live down the street so I frequent this location often. However not often enough that they know me by name.
I always call ahead. They always say 9 minutes but they really mean 15. When I show up in 9 mins, I hear the cashier say Darian is here, then the cook drops my chicken. Which means its an additional wait. That defeats the purpose of calling ahead?
My chicken IS always fresh though. I love the sauces, and they always give you a crap load of fries. The price point isn’t bad either.

NEVER AGAIN! The food is usually good, but the customer service is despicable. I ordered from them today. Because they usually take 2 hours to deliver, I walked 40 minutes round trip to pick up the food. When I got home, I had the wrong wings and no roll as I had ordered. I called back in asking for a refund, and things got ridiculous. After talking with three people, the manager told me he would not refund my money unless I walked the food back to him. He virtually accused me of lying to get a free meal despite the fact that I’ve ordered from them at least a dozen times with no incident. Even still he won’t refund the money. Instead, I have to wait for the correct order to be delivered to my place. NEVER AGAIN!

Why do they give you an option for how you want your French fries if they don’t even listen? The fries arrived cold, with no seasoning and far from well done as requested. It looked like the food had been prepared and was just sitting waiting for delivery for a long time. And the food was delivered 20 minutes late! I would not recommend ordering from this place!

Great wings try the lemon pepper. The rest are also really good especially the cajun and Louisiana Rub.

This place is fucking miserable. Whenever it is dead, it consistently takes 20 minutes for your food to be ready. No urgency from the staff whatsoever.

Well my food was ok BUT it took 3 hours to get here and they didn’t even give me my dippin sauces. Jerks

Went here again and the wings were the tiniest chicken nuggets I have seen.
Save yourself the headache go to hair Melnicks for wings.

Love love Wing Stop. However each time I order it seems to take 2hrs plus for delivery.
Picking up today to avoid that, and my order still took almost 1.5 hours.
They are slammed (I imagine it’s all nye hangovers like we’re doing), and they have TWO people working. The employees are busting ass and awesome, but I feel really bad as they clearly need more help.

If u r about to die, and wanna eat and feel like a giant, I strongly recommend this place to u in this area :)

Absolute worst service I’ve had. First off, I’ve ordered here before, picked up the order and had a pleasant experience. Took all of 15 minutes from my phone call to order pickup.
This time we ordered through grub hub and have waited just shy of two hours for delivery. Repeatedly called and they say it’s coming. Well… we are still waiting…
We will never eat where again and will highly discourage all others to do so as well.

I’m a big fan of Wing Stop. I love the idea that you can get Wings in the matter of minutes (9 to be exact) instead of needing to go to a sit-​down restaurant.
They have an awesome selection of sauces perfect for almost any taste. I REALLY like the Original Hot wings; they have the perfect amount of flavor and spice. The garlic parmesan are really good too! I for one, wasn’t a huge fan of the «special seasoning» on the fries but know most people tend to love it.
I’ve been here multiple times, and will surely be back for more!

First of all WTF is going on in here ?
I was here a few days ago and I observed a few things.
First of all the employees barely speak english but that alone in itself can be forgiven.
This is not so far from the Clark/​Division red line stop. How fitting because it has the vibe of dingyness.
I ordered 8 wings with a side of bbq which came to $ 8.02 and the fries were an additional $ 1.99 which is acceptable. The fries are seasoned with just the right amount of salt that will influence your next cat scan.
It’s more like 4 wings cut in half and not 8. I was not plastered when I got in here but I soon wished that I was.
The reason I gave it 1 star is because there was no garbage available to the customer in the eating area and that is not acceptable. You have to give give it to the guy behind the counter and he throws it away.
Do they think that we are going to steal the garbage?
I am sure this is good for the overall sanitation of the place :)
This makes Boston Market look like a 5 start joint.

I’m so happy this Wingstop opened so close to home! So convenient. So yummy.
At first I started by ordering my wings online. Not the biggest fan of their online ordering system. I also wasn’t a fan of lack of online discounts. Then I saw that if I downloaded and used their mobile app that I could get a discount, which is EXACTLY what I did and what happened. (BTW, the mobile app has the same kind of ordering system as the internet and was just as annoying).
My wings were ready and waiting in a paper bag by the register when I arrived to pick them up and pay for them. The employees were nice and friendly.
It was a little difficult to walk home with the paper bag because it didn’t have handles. I would have preferred a bag with handles.
Everyone really liked all of the wings. I got about five different flavors and they were all winners. I look forward to ordering from Wingstop (via the app) again.
