I usually don’t review businesses because I don’t have time but my rating for this business is based on 11 months of service. I had a gut feeling and did not follow it. My kids liked playing with other kids and they liked going there. My observation is that children are left unattended in the basement and the supervising adult is usually on the phone and upstairs on the first floor. My youngest child has been involved in two incidents and the last one involves the youngest son of the owner. I believe the incidents aledging abuse would not be happening and could have been avoided if they were properly supervised at all times.
