To the gentleman that I scheduled the appointment with.
Let me start by saying; I hope all is well with you and your family.
I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on a wrought iron fence, the appointment window was from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. I waited, and waited, and waited and waited and no one ever showed up nor did I receive a courtesy phone call or text message letting me know that no one will be coming out today. I’m not going to beg a company to take my money. I’m moving on to the next company. That’s bad business!!!

Saw the five star review posted on Unilocal!and called, but have experienced much better from other wrought iron fence companies.
Called Franco and left message. Received a call back a couple days later and set up a time that he selected for the site visit. He canceled without calling us until after we’d been waiting for an hour. We set up a different day. He was only 20 minutes late the second time and has an impressive book of photos. He said he’d get back to us in a couple days with his proposal. We called him after four days. No response. Called again. No response. Not calling anymore
Several other wrought iron fence companies came to the site when promised, for example, Trulink and Oseola.

Showed up same day (they did happen to be in the area) but with two trucks and a whole crew. They reparied our fence in about two hours with minimal fuss and no problems. The owner supervised and was very considerate of the property.
