I have been looking for a studio that offers children’s yoga and it took walking by this place to find one. Just brought my daughter for her first class and she really enjoyed herself. Erin was very welcoming and great with kids. We will definitely be back and bringing more little ones to this great space. They host classes for ages four and up and cater to students’ needs using yoga therapy.

Xuntas is a nice space, clean, and with lots of natural light.

I just came back from a lovely restorative yoga class here, taught by Ubie. I have been practicing for 8 years, and this was one of the BEST classes I have taken. If you have the chance to come to Xuntas, grab it. the studio is lovely, spacious, and just perfect. The instruction was awesome, and I feel great. I am pretty picky when it comes to yoga studios, I’ve been«around the block» and Xuntas is tops in my book. I will be a Xuntas groupie from here on.

For years I’ve been wanting to take up pilates and/or yoga. I’ve also been wishing there was a local place(within walking distance) for me to explore these practices. So when Xunta opened 2 blocks away, it was almost too good to be true. Except that it wasn’t. I began taking Megan’s Tuesday Pilate classes and quickly became a regular– I lOVED IT, felt amazing, could see my body changing from just this one class alone. Megan explains each movement, and also makes sure you’re not only doing each move correctly, but she makes sure you understand why. I do much better when I understand thy«why» component. Anyhow, this class single handedly got me back in the routine of working out more regularly. I find it to be a great value for the $ since the classes are often quite small and you can get a lot of 1:1 attention which is great if you’re new to pilates as I was/am. I only wish there were more classes!
