I would not wish this company on my worst enemy. In no way dependable! They don’t listen, even when you tell them the problem. Once you have made an appointment, if you call back to get an update you will immediately be transferred to Matt, who does not answer the phone, EVER. My gas fireplace wasn’t working. I called told them I thought it my blower was unplugged in my basement, the man/receptionist said«we are not electricians. A man showed up, he was here less than 10 mins, also told him about the blower, he said that wasn’t the problem, said we needed a part, said it would take about a week. Called back next week, I called 5 times because I was put through to Matt’s voice mail. He left me a 12 seconds message say the part was not in. Called back the next week twice, again straight to Matt’s voice mail. He never called back. So, my husband called and again Matt did not answer. Finally, my husband insisted on talking to him. Said the part was on back order, Matt said he would check the shipping number, and made an appointment for the next week. The guys showed up(three weeks after this all began) I told him I thought the blower was unplugged, he checked it and lo and behold the blower was unplugged, which we could not plug back in because the first guy turned off the pilot light. So, they are charging us $ 180 to plug in a plug. Oh, and the guy who plugged it in didn’t even have the part.

So I see these folks lost all their bad reviews, how fortunate. In short, service after MY sale left a lot to be desired.

We decided to become more energy efficient by taking our 3 fireplaces and converting them to 1 wood insert and 2 gas inserts. We got 3 beautiful inserts and terrific service from Abundant Life. Rick did the installations and he is efficient and knows the product. Excellent communcation as well.

I have been waiting since 2:00 for the installation of the stove I paid for a month ago. it is 5:30PM. I’ve called the store twice and had to leave a message since I could not reach a live person. I guess customer service is not their high priority! You might want to think twice about purchasing a gas stove here if you actually want it installed.
