Alpha Auto Detailing

I was recommended Alpha cause he did good work… Maybe he does, maybe he doesn’t. For me he was very undependable! In all we had made 3 different appointments to detail my truck and each time he didn’t show up when he said, then wouldn’t responded to any calls or tx. He had a different excuse each time then when he decided to call me back. I kept trying to give him the benefit of the doubt since he had good reviews on here (my guess is the reviews came from friends or family), but he waisted my time and money (I rented a truck for my first appointment with him since I need one for my work). His web site says «best customer service in the industry» «reliable» «VIP treatment». Those are far from what I experienced!

This dude is the best auto Detailer in the state I’d be willing to bet! Too bad he had to move his business back to his hometown, Chico youre lucky to have him. He detailed my beat up daily driver black Honda I was sure the paint was done for but he brought it back to life I couldn’t believe it! Great great A+ work!

After a month of trying to get another auto detailer to detail my 68′ Camaro who’s name I won’t mention Rivera’s Auto detail, I was pleased to have Alpha Auto Detailing come to my home and get the job done. Derek was not only punctual, professional and personable but he did an excellent job detailing my baby, I would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone. Thanks Derek. :)

I was recommended Alpha and in preparation for selling my car decided to have my car detailed. It was pretty filthy, I’m a dog owner and lover and take her with me in my car often. I also have rarely taken the time to thoroughly clean or wax my car. Needless to say it was in need of some TLC. Derek did AMAZING! I was in shock at how beautiful and clean he made my car inside and out. The best detailing work I’ve seen. He was so helpful, helped me take pictures for the add for my car and offered to help me sell it. Immediately after seein my car, a family member scheduled her detail on her car which also was an amazing transformation! Affordable and great customer service and a beautiful car!

First of all… I have never written a Unilocal review so that tells you how highly I think of Derek’s work. I am frugal but it was worth every penny. I bought the car used an he made it look brand new. If you are needing your car to be detailed for a fair price… Call him!!!

We needed our boat detailed and he came out right away and was able to get a bunch of deep water stain off the bottom of the boat with ease. Also spent the extra time and effort to stay and finish the job. Very good price too for the work that was done. Our boat looks brand new and he also detailed the trailer at no extra cost.
