My husband recently inherited a 1914 Bush & Lane piano from his grandparent’s estate in Red Bluff, which is about a 3 hour drive from where we live. We had received a referral from someone else on a piano mover who ended up dropping the ball and leaving us scrambling to find another mover before escrow closed on the house(all while we were on vacation out of the country). None of the piano movers in the Bay Area were willing to drive to Red Bluff so I called Apollo Piano to ask if they had any local movers they could refer. Rebecca advised me that they actually setup the moving process and she could handle it for us. She was amazing! She took down all the pickup and delivery information and confirmed we had an appointment less than an hour later. It was a huge relief. The piano was picked up 3 days later and delivered to us the following day! In comparison to our experience with the first and unrelated mover, we were beyond thrilled with the service that Apollo Piano provided to us!

Vince, and the Apollo Piano team, are absolutely the best! This is a full service group whose expertise ranges from appraising to moving, selling to tuning your piano. I recently moved and older Wurlizter Spinet and Vince got it sounding better than it probably ought to! I could not be more pleased with his professionalism, attention to detail and tuning abilities. He arranged the move and tune of the piano for me, all I had to do was cut a check at the end. Very reasonable price for world class service.

I fully recommend the Apollo Piano crew. They were punctual professional honest and caring and the estimates they gave me for moving the piano match the price I was charged. Today Vince and his crew moved our Victorian Square grand piano. It started out in my parents home in Loomis California and I had called plenty of people in the Loomis and Sacramento area to see if someone would move the Square grand. I had Piano vendors tell me that the piano was worth nothing and would cost too much to move. I had others tell me that they would not move it because they didn’t move that big of an item. I had wetland they told me that it was worth nothing as a Piano but perhaps could be placed in a museum and that he would be happy to accept it as a donation. Most everybody talked to told me to have no value. What they want getting is that it has value to me as it was the piano that my parents had played and loved. With only we can half left of the Piano it finally occurred to me that I didn’t have to only look in Sacramento I could look for movers ain Chico. I called eVince and was so pleasantly surprised. And his team were able to move my Piano within the week. They have a special system but every piece was wrapped and cared for. Josh, Tim, Stephen, and events Great communication with me showed up for the pick up appointment and the delivery appointment when they said they would. They treated me with respect and the patient with my old to helpful neighbor who«directed» them through the entire process of moving the piano out of my moms house. They moved the piano into my home in less than an hour. My home, my family and even my barking dogs were treated very nicely. Vince also shared with me history of the piano, where it was made and how it was originally shipped. He was able to give me great ideas on how to care for it and where it might looki and sound best in my home and how to move it in the future if I meant to relocated inside my house. He also did a little research and it turns out the piano is quite valuable. I’m so glad I was declined by the people in Sacramento so that I could bring my business to Chico and get to know the Apollo Piano crew.
