The service provided by Apothecary Options is very fast and efficient. They are knowledgable and take the time to explain the prescriptions to me. I use Apothecary Options for my family and my pets prescriptions. They fulfill our specialized needs that other pharmacies can not provide.

Apothecary Options has been filling my customized hormone prescriptions for over two years. These guys are great. In addition to filing the compounded prescriptions with absolute accuracy, they have been informative and very responsive. They even ship my prescriptions directly to me. These guys rock!

As a prescriber, I frequently use apothecary options for my patients. The owners and employees are incredibly knowledgable and helpful. I use the pharmacy for my family out of state and my patients in Chico. Apothecary Options is quick to fill and ship the prescriptions accurately and they are always helpful regardless of the volume. I find working with the establishment easy and enjoyable.

I had my bio-​hormones mixed there, when I used it the smell was unbearable and the product extremely sticky, I’ve been using hormones for five years and never had that problem, I used them in November and it was good. I decided to give them another try, but when I spoke to the owner he was completely unreasonable and difficult to deal with. Very disappointing… no customer service skills… the owner Edgar is a very rude man, argued that the so called recipe was the same, it wasn’t even the same color… had it been the same I would of had no reason to call???
I don’t know how someone so argumentative is in business… I’d be very concern to use anything that came out of there… I honestly don’t think they have a quality check system… BUYER BEWARE!!!
