I took my iMac in for a hard drive replacement in the middle of July. They took me in the same day I called them and I had my computer back the next day. They were fast, inexpensive, courteous and extremely eager to please. Highly recommended.

Welcome to the only Apple authorized service center within 90 miles. There’s plenty of room for another. Outside of the school year, it’s virtually impossible to schedule service. They only take appointments once a week. Both times I tried, they were a no-show when I arrived for my appointment. I finally got service during the school year. The phone rep gave me the wrong day for my appointment, but the man working the counter let me leave my iMac anyway. I had to ask for a drop off claim. He had wanted me to leave the computer with no paperwork in return. The actual repair work was flawless. The tech replaced my screen and internal DVD drive with no incident. The repair was finished early, and the tech was friendly and answered all my questions. This is why I still give the place 3 stars. For sales, they only have lower end Mac products. In October 2012, they still had no retina display MacBook Pros or other high end configurations.
