The customer service is terrible. She gives poor compensation for the clothes she buys and sells them at a ridiculous markup. Go to Goodwill and save money for cuter clothes at a way more reasonable price.

I really loved Boho when they were at the smaller shop and the clothing prices matched their quality. I find some really cool gems here, but it’s gotten more expensive. Today I found forever 21 clothing there that hadn’t been worn and still had the old tags on it, it was being sold at exactly the same price. This happens a lot with their clothes. It tends to be a lot less vintage, and a lot more normal clothing, worn out and for the same price as retail. The jewelry is priced great, but I’m not willing to pay full price for used items, that’s the whole point of a second hand store — to buy clothing with defects while spending less for a more unique look.

I have had two stand out experiences. One positive that involved finding some great items half off for myself and my teenage boys with friendly service. The other not so positive my attempt to trade in with unfriendly/rude service during which she did not accept any of the clothes (which were all quality /not plain). Not sure what they look for in trade but there is no need to be snotty.
