Ben does excellent work as a massage therapist. As a collegiate distance runner with ongoing injuries and aches and pains, I am very select in who I see for deep tissue treatment, and I was happy that my first appointment with Ben provided me with the pain relief that I was seeking in my muscles. I was referred to Ben by a fellow teammate and I will definitely be scheduling future appointments.
Ben is very down-​to-​earth and friendly, as well as communicative and has a good understanding of common athletic injuries and how to treat them, which made it easy for me. He is super friendly and willing to work with specific needs; for example, I requested very tough and deep massage to ensure that my muscles would get the treatment they needed, and I left Built for Bodywork with significant muscle relief. In addition, Ben utilizes Active Release Therapy as part of his massage routines, which is great for athletes dealing with tight muscles.
Scheduling an appointment with Ben was done in a matter of minutes and a few texts. He was extremely prompt with the appointment time and the office and environment were both relaxing and clean.
Whether you are an athlete or not, I absolutely recommend Ben at Built for Bodywork for a therapeutic massage treatment.

Ben’s handiwork is an incredible asset to my athletic performance! I have been getting sport/​deep tissue massages at Built for Bodywork for about year now to help ease the wear and tear that accumulates as a college athlete and I attribute much of the past year’s success to finally investing in the health of my body through massage. I have received massages here and there before, but I have found that many therapists don’t get nearly as tough as I need. That is certainly not the case at Built for Bodywork. Ben does an incredible job at listening to/​being aware of my needs, aches, and pains and accommodating them. I have never a had a better massage!
I love the location and the easy online scheduling that Built for Bodywork has to offer. As a busy student-​athlete, being able to get an appointment scheduled quickly online and only having to drive a few minutes from campus keeps things very convenient. Additionally, the office staff are always friendly and accommodating. The waiting area has a great slew of up-​to-​date magazine options to look at before an appointment, although I have found that Ben is very punctual and have never had to wait before being seen unless I arrived unnecessarily early.
Overall, I highly recommend giving Built for Bodywork a shot if you are seeking a thorough, professional, and revitalizing massage experience!

Ben did an excellent job with my deep tissue massage. He made sure to communicate with pain tolerance and definitely relieved a lot of issues I was having. He was very accommodating with the music and makes you feel comfortable, I will definitely be going back soon!

I have been going to Ben for over a year now and I honestly don’t think I have ever had such a good massage! I was recommended by a friend and told that he was great but had to try it myself. I have had massages in resorts, Burk Williams spa, and while traveling in Hawaii but never found a massage that’s better than his! I am not kidding– HE IS AMAZING! He made me feel comfortable and welcomed right when I walked in the door and is always so considerate! Ben is always making time in his schedule for clients and was so sweet when I missed my appointment! On top of it all his prices are so reasonable! Sometimes all u need to distress is a full body massage with oils and some soothing reggae music! I love built for body work and recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good massage!

If you are looking for some serious sports massage, Ben at Built for Bodywork is the real deal. I’ve been training for a half marathon, and thanks to Ben, I feel like I’m at my peak performance. I also work on a computer all day and have chronic neck/​shoulder stiffness which he is able to fix and alleviate — not an easy task!
Built for Bodywork is set inside Spine Chiropractic, which is a really nice office with really convenient parking. The massage table is super comfortable and the overall vibe is super chill.
Ben is really a talented, professional, and just all around amazing massage therapist. I highly recommend Built for Bodywork!

Ben at Built for Bodywork is great! I’d definitely recommend him!!! The new location is very nice and convenient also. You can park in the back and just walk around to Spine Chiropractic on the side of the building.

I have had several relaxing Swedish massages from Ben. He has a strong, comfortable touch and put me at ease immediately. He is a capable and talented therapist as well. Using soft tissue release methods and a hip stabilization routine Ben was able to help me get relief when I was experiencing pain in my hip and lower back. Over all a great experience, highly recommended!
