Hands down my favorite chicken salad. I drive across town just to eat it! Fresh food, awesome drinks and great staff.

I’ll take Cal Java over Starbucks any day. The young ladies there were very friendly and personable. Its just coffee, but a local place just has touch of personalization that you can’t beat. They had all the traditional things you expect (scones, yogurt parfaits, iced lemon pound cake, and etc) to go with the coffee. Prices were good, and never had a bad experience there.

I probably like this place so much because it is by my work but I have to hand it to them that they do serve up some pretty good drinks and food. It can become really busy during lunchtime being their location but I feel they try their best to accommodate their customers.
I love the teas; anywhere from their chia teas or the blackberry peach ice teas. They can always try to mix it up for you as far as tea flavors go too!
The food is decent and fairly priced but I often see people making custom orders rather than menu orders. So for me, the menu can be confusing.
My only complaint is the guy that works there is super friendly but some of the female staff can be moody… even so much so where I thought my order inconvenienced her life. Hey everyone has bad days though so I like to believe that this is the reason. I will always go here for the drinks, maybe not so much for the food. Enjoy!

So I really enjoy coming here for a quick lunch. They many options: salads, sandwiches, pastries, teas, coffee, smoothies, panini, and a few more things.
I love the combo lunches! You get three things for under $ 10.00. The food is good, ingredients are fresh & the staff is friendly. They do there best to accommodate your request.
Since its right across the street from the hospital. Several employees like coming here on their breaks.
Yes the smoothies are powdered based. They are good though :)
The only complaint is they are not open weekends

I gave them two stars because there’s no bugs in it. If you are trying to get a smoothie here, I wouldn’t recommend it. As its pure powder based. They stop serving panini’s at 2 pm, perhaps luckily for me judging by their smoothies.
