Chico Computer Clinic

Chico Computer Clinic is a wonderful local business. My MacBook Pro’s hard drive was toast. They fixed it fast, and replaced it with a significantly larger hard drive. The price was very reasonable. Their staff is friendly and professional. They also sell a lot of great used computers. If your computer needs repair, don’t go to the big box stores. Support these guys and keep your money in the local community.

Gotta say I’m probably a pain as a customer. By the time I take a computer in I’m frustrated to the point I can hardly make complete sentences. Add to that I’m an electronic musician so the hardware and software I use tends to be a bit esoteric.
While these guys couldn’t work the miracle of fixing a glitch in some recording software, they did a great job of researching the problem and making sure there was nothing else wrong.
I would totally recommend these guys, five stars!

Outstanding customer service. Chico Computer Clinic truly goes above and beyond the call of duty.
Let me just start by saying that the owner, Kyle, is not only incredibly knowledgable and passionate, but he also seems to genuinely care about his clients.
I reached out to Kyle about a custom built gaming PC via email and the amount of time he spent talking me through it, picking out the perfect parts, and answering my (many) questions was incredible. Plus, the fee for the build was unbelievably competitive.
Furthermore, he met me after store hours to accommodate my busy work schedule, completed the build for me, and I took it home the SAME NIGHT.
I honestly can not say enough nice things about this place. I would recommend them to anyone and I know for a fact that I won’t even think of taking my electronics elsewhere.

Great service, while in the end they were not able to help me fix my problem they were upfront and courteous. They were able to direct me to a possible solution which dos end up working. Since they weren’t able to fix the problem I didn’t even get charged. I will definitely be coming back.

$ 110 to fix an iPhone screen… I could not believe that, but I was desperate and needed my phone fixed. Their customer service service is eh. Service was done in a decent amount of time and phone works fine now. I got 90 day warranty for the screen so hopefully I’m good now.

These guys are awesome! I called in with a shattered iphone 6 screen and they fixed it that afternoon in 20 minutes. a couple days went by and I noticed my touch screen sensitivity was a little off so I gave them a call about it and they switched the screen that same day with a new one no questions asked and for free! Not only were they fast, trustworthy and helpful but they also have the best prices in town. If you ever have any phone or computer issues definitely give these guys a call!

Concerned about an estimate for a blown power supply, Jeremy gave me an estimate over the phone and quoted me a day to complete the fix. I brought my computer in later that day and he was really friendly and approachable. I left thinking I’d have to pick it up the next day so I continued going about my business running errands. When I was done, I had a voice message from him stating that he had fixed the issue and I could pick it up!
I hadn’t even finished my errands before it was ready so I was pleasantly surprised. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but these guys and they have a phone repair service at the same location. I have a small issue with my iPhone that I want fixed so I will definitely be going back to them!

They were nice, but were unable to fix my problem and didn’t wrap it up correctly.

The guys here are very smart and have great prices compared to other places in Chico! Highly recommend.

If you need something fixed in regards to your phone, tablet or computer — do not call ANYBODY else and do not wait another day — go here NOW.
Amazing service. Amazing turn around. How fast was the turnaround?
2:07pm — Called to ask if they could fix my MacBooks screen (totally cracked and clouded over 50% of the screen — had been bugging me for months, finally decided enough was enough)
3:01pm — Brought the computer in for them to take a look — they told me they would call to get the part delivered and would let me know when it got in.
5:45pm — got a call that the part GOT IT and if I could get the computer there by 6pm, they could work on it and get it back to me the next day
6:45pm — got a call that even though the shop was closed, Jeremy was still in the shop and the computer is DONE.
So — after suffering for 5 months, my problem was fixed in less than 5 hours. Oh, and the price, 20% LESS than I was quoted from anybody else.
They have won my respect, adoration and business. While they happen to be just a few miles away, I’d happily drive any distance for this kind of service. These guys are amazing.

I came in with a cracked iPhone screen which they replaced within twenty minutes of dropping it off. A few months later it started glitching. They replaced the screen without cost even though I was one day off on my warrantee. I highly recommend these guys.

Have had work done in two occasions. Stellar service, old school courtesy, a pleasure to do business with.

& I have a iPhone five and my battery wouldn’t keep a charge at all. Well I called around and found this place. When I walked in I was greeted by Jeremy !! He was very nice, very polite & had great knowledge of what was going on with my phone. Pretty much my phone battery was shot !!! :(He said he could fix it for me in a SNAP!!!
& what do you know … he did !!!

Great place! My daughter had a problem with her mac book this morning and finals are next week– not a good time for a computer issue. She brought it in this morning and they took a look at it and had it fixed in a few minutes, no charge! Great honest people working here! I would recommend their services to everyone

Edit: brought my PC here again recently because I was having an issue getting the system to display anything on the monitor. I was worried that the GPU might be shot and was thinking I would have to shell out some cash for a new one :(… However after some diagnosis CCC discovered it was simply a problem of one of the cards (SLI Configuration) not being fully seated. They corrected the problem tested it and my PC was back to normal, on top of that they didn’t charge me a dime… Great Service!

Got my iPhone 6 screen replaced here today. It took an hour and the price was competitive. I’m really happy with the service and how it turned out. Would highly recommend it!

A wonderful place to go for computer repair. I took my desktop tower there last week. They cleaned up a very nasty virus problem not caught by Norton and gave me some preventative tips. They also accepted my Unilocal coupon. They have limited parking, but can carry heavy things out to your car on the street if you need it. The employees are friendly, too. Much of their business is laptops, but I was glad they can still service PC towers. I recommend them highly.
