Very nice selection but I didn’t feel welcomed. Staff was too busy talking to their regular customers to stop and acknowledge my existence.

I’ve been a scrapbooker and paper crafter for years. This is the best scrapbooking store with the nicest and most helpful staff that I’ve ever come across. They always have new ideas for beautiful projects and cards and they are happy to teach you how to make them. I’ve been to classes as well as their free Wednesday make and takes. They have an extensive embellishment inventory, along with lots of inks and paper, and their prices aren’t any more than a big chain craft store. I love the individualized attention I get at Chico Scrapbooks!

From the first time that I walked into this darling store, knowing nothing about scrapbooking, up to now a year later, I have felt so welcomed and have learned so many techniques. I have taken a few classes, where I can ask as many questions as I want and there is always someone to help. Every Weds. They offer a free make & take card that are so amazing. I try to plan my Weds. Around «make & take». Jodie, Terri, and Michelle are amazing ladies and I guarantee that you will have a good time here. Check them out. Their inventory and idea samples are out of this world too.

Very friendly staff that are very helpful with any of your scrap booking needs! They have a free make and take class every Wednesday which provides a great way to learn new techniques. They sell everything you need and if they don’t have it in store, they will order it for you. They treat their customers like an extension of their family!

I was in Chico for a volleyball tournament, and really wanted to check out the store while I was in town. The tourney ran long, and I got there about 10 minutes before they closed. The owner was very nice and let me take my time browsing around as she had some customers in the store finishing up a class. I was in heaven! So much eye candy — the latest and greatest with lots of samples of beautiful/​inventive projects. Not only was the staff friendly, but the other customers were really nice, chatty, and enthusiastic about the store and their experiences there. I can’t wait for my next trip to Chico to visit the store again!
