The guy in there working was really nice, but not very knowledgeable. And very dark and dirty looking. They didn’t have much product either.

Cool little shop with a lot of flavors to try. Wish they had a larger selection of devices but for it’s size it’s understandable. Pool table makes it cool but the side room is kind of an awkward space. Parking is a little weird as you have to drive around a bit to get a good spot. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Best customer service, prices, and product knowledge compared to any other vape shop in Chico. Every experience I’ve had has been a positive one. I would highly recommend chico vape lounge to any of my friends or business associates.

Ok, I have been to vape stores from Palm Springs to Chico and Tim’s store stands out as one of the best. He knows what he is doing and does it well. He saved my but by fixing up a half dead Russian 91 clone so I didn’t wreck by dripping and driving. He has an exceptional selection of quality liquids. And to be honest the ADV he suggested I try, is now my #1 goto juice. Thanks Tim you rock!

Part of what caused me to come here was the fact that it was open until 10pm, so I stepped in around 9:45 and ended up leaving an hour later! The owner was in no hurry to leave. He and his associate were happy to talk about their passion and everything I needed to know to understand the hobby. They made sure I was getting exactly what suited me. After a great talk and great education the owner gave me discounts on various items and set me up with a system that would normally cost a lot more. I totally lucked out coming here, and the owner was very nice. Definitely a top quality addition to the small business community in Chico. If it’s possible to do better than this place does, I’d like to see it.

Tim is a great guy. Only sells products that he personally tested and approves of. Top of the line juices sold here with student discounts, so you get great rates. They have a wide selection of mods and RDAs and they are only going to get bigger. This is a great spot to just chill and converse with fellow vapers. Couches and tables make this a very social environment. You wont regret stopping by for all your vaping needs.
