I love this place. I went in to have my watch repaired. The owner is a woman and has been in business for 17 years. She is very friendly and helpful. They repaired my watch for less than anyone else in town. The watch was ready for pick up the next day. I highly recommend Diamond Jim’s as I felt I was treated well.

This place is a joke… Not only is it a dingey hole in the wall but the customer service is atrocious. I made the mistake of choosing this place (oops!) to have a few links removed from my brand new CERAMIC Michael Kors watch. I informed the crusty woman behind the counter that my watch is ceramic, therefore fragile. She then handed it to a spanish speaking man (dont think he even comprehends english) who immediately dropped the removed links onto the glass counter, fracturing the links. I was in shock, looked at the woman and she just shrugged. I paid for the damn-​awful service but I’m soooo disgusted with the place. Do NOT take your business to this crap-​hole establishment
