We order from this dominos all the time, and as a couple of college girls with very little money and better things to do than driving around for pizza, this place really hit the spot! The online ordering system is really simple, and we love the cute little animations that show you the progress of your order. From the moment we order until the pizza arrives at our apartment, it’s never more than 30 minutes! I have never had pizza delivery that fast anywhere that I’ve lived before, but this dominos always manages to do so! The food is hot and our order is always accurate. The drivers are very polite as well. Our favorites are Sean and Daemon (I think that’s the spelling)! Plus the garlicky crust on the pizzas are to die for!

I ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and sausage. When it arrived it seemed to have the normal amount of pepperoni and sausage, so I said «hey, where’s the extra meat?». Then the driver burst through my door screaming ««I got some extra meat for you» which obviously startled me. The driver was a rather attractive girl, so I naturally assumed she was just trying to flirt and didn’t do anything about her coming in my house. She then proceeded to try and put a whole log of pepperoni in my butt. She kept saying «gay marriage is legal now, this is allowed». It really hurt my butthole but the pizza was pretty good.

Delicious pizza for a cheap price, just like any other domino’s. As for this specific location and its service, I am surprised to see a lot of negative reviews because I use this domino’s very often and have never once had anything less than a great experience! My pizza has always been ready in a timely matter and I have always received great customer service.

This would be more personalized but the guy would not tell me his name. Honestly incredible service all around. First off, picked up the phone after only a mere 2 rings. Offered me suggestions, along with ways to make my delicious two topping pizzas even more delicious than I had anticipated.
Honestly this guy deserves a gold medal. Our pizzas were delicious and ready in 15 MINUTES!!! He gave us all the plates, napkins, forks etc. that we could handle. He left no stone unturned in regard to uncovering our needs.

If I could give a zero, I definitely would since I have boycotted this dominoes. I was a regular customer until 1 time I had an altercation on the phone with a younger female worker because she was very rude and had a smart attitude towards me. That was not the only issue, an hour later still no pizza which was strange since we were only 3 mins drive away (literally), I called to confirm. They said they had no pizzas ready or made for my address or name so I had to re order and wait another 45 mins. After all that they came with the wrong pizza, just a plain cheese pizza. Didn’t even eat it!

No complaints here. I ordered delivery then began reading reviews and was worried… however, my food came right on time and the pizza was Bomb… got thin crust Hawaiian. Wings were yummy but a lil fatty. But I was satisfied! Not the best pizza but good for a quick late night delivery. Bomb.

I called Domino’s in Chico CA on Walnut to order food for delivery. My first question was does Domino’s deliver to my house? I gave him my address the representative said yes we do. Then i made an order paid with my card and waited for delivery. The rep said it would be approximately 30 minutes.
35 minutes later i get 3 phone calls in under 2 minutes with 3 separate voice-​mails saying that they cannot deliver my pizza. Talk to the manager brad. I then spoke with Brad who told me they do not delivery to my address. I asked him what he was going to do to rectify wasting my time and charging for a service that they were not going to provide. He said «I am sorry there is nothing i can do besides refund you.» I promptly stated if this is the level of customer service a manager of a store can provide I am no longer going to ever purchase food at any Domino’s ever again.

Dominos is cheap, good pizza that you can get later than most places in Chico, probably more of a step up from Little Caesars. The menu is sub par, they’re always offering coupons, and they can work with you if you are needing something different due to what you have to spend. They do deliver quickly and the pizza tracker they have on the website is kind of neat.
Alright, so here is why I can’t love them like I use too. The time before last my order was wrong, they forgot to bring me my salad and breadsticks. They did however offer it free on my next order (thank you). Well, I wanted to try the salad on my next order, so I ordered it. There was a really long, dark, straight hair in it… no one in my home has that style of hair. I can not stand that, I get it, people are making the food and hair happens but I can’t! Pull your hair back… wear a hairnet… I don’t know! I immediately spit my salad back in the bowl and I’m so sad right now lol. Damn it, dominos!

Always good service and fantastic pan pizzas. It’s the best option for a reasonably priced very good pizza. I order here when I’m craving a pizza especially pan crust! Good job Domino’s.

I’ve ordered from Domino’s three times since moving to Chico a few months ago. Each time, the order has been wrong. Tonight was the «three strikes, you’re out» night. NO MAS. Worst service ever. It shouldn’t be that hard to follow instructions, and Brad, the manager, doesn’t seem to give a damn about customer satisfaction or the accuracy of orders. Never again.

Just called for a delivery order about 15 min ago… was told «sorry you are out of our delivery area.»
Ok here is my problem. I have lived in chico for almost 10 years and after 9:30pm rolls around the only consistent pizza is Dominos.
I live over by DeGarmo Park and have been getting delivery over here for the last 2 – 3 years. Then today all of a sudden «sorry we can’t deliver out there anymore.» I even replied ill give a great tip on top of the delivery charge… the response i got was the manager «Brad» yelling «Noooooo» in the background.
You are the only Dominoes in Chico!!! YOU CAN PUT A DELIVERY CHARGE FOR FAR DISTANCE DELIVERY LIKE YOU ALWAYS HAVE. Why turn away people trying to give you their money???
If someone gets back to me ill consider changing my review and un-​boycotting this place. It is sad it has to come to this but you my friend are on time out.
If i owned this place I would rethink my customer service strategy. Best wishes.

Renceny reduced their delivery range. I was unable to get a pizza for delivery at Joshua Tree Apartments at 2pm on a Wednesday. Chico is not a large town and they’re going to lose business because of one or two miles.
I’m disappointed with the lack of delivery when I don’t want to drive myself for pickup.
Two stars for decent pizza, but lack of service.

Delivery is really fast. Pizza is usually above average, depending on what you order (I like their pan pizza the most). Wasn’t a fan of the chicken. I’ve ordered from this location about 200 times and I’d say they messed up my order 5 out of 200 times… pretty good odds. PRO TIP: Always get extra cheese

Decent Pizza Delivery, on-​time, about what you pay for. They almost never have parmesan, that would be one great place to improve… Aside from that, and the occasional human error on toppings, I’d say it’s a great selection.

If you’re drunk or have the munchies, then this is it. But there’s much better pizza out there. I ordered from them tonight. Pizza pie had some sort of sticker baked into it. Very unappetizing!

Near craighall, Drunk munchies yum! Open late and if you’re by 7 – 11 getting a drink, you’ll want to get a pizza or bread sticks with that! Dominos is right there, reasonable prices, no seating though.
