This is the best nail salon in Chico for sure! Kevin does a great pedi and full set, Phillip is hilarious and all the others are very sweet and thankful to have their customers.

Did a great job on my toes and nails for a wedding, also did a great job on my 5 yr old daughter’s nails and toes! It was a good visit and will return.

They never rush you which is a huge plus! They remember you each time you go in which makes the experience that much more enjoyable and you feel so welcomed!

Super good value and service. Philip gave me a great pedicure and went above and beyond. I’d just gotten out to my car after the pedi and accidentally dinged one toe which put a chip in my new polish. I sheepishly went back in and was just hoping to fix it myself. Philip came right over with a smile and took care of my carelessness right away. I’ll definitely be back.

I’m a very picky nail salon goer (gel manicure every 2 weeks and gel pedicure every month), and this place surpasses any in the Bay Area. I just moved back to the area after living in Palo Alto for a little, and I’m obsessed!!! Phillip is just so amazing, I’m scared to give away why I like him so much or he’ll become busier than he already is :) The salon is so clean and both Hannah and Philip are complete perfectionists So glad Hannah no longer works at Queen Nails, she’s a gem! I will never go anywhere else. Not to mention, if a nail ever chips or you have any specific requests… They go above and beyond for customer service. Best nail salon I’m CA Not to mention the adorable dog Benny who I cuddle with every time!

Katie was amazing! She’s done my nails twice and both times I’ve loved how they turned out. Everyone is so nice and I love how they remember their customers!

I was loving this place until this time. I had been seeing the same person and despite making an appointment I was given to Lai (normally I have Theresa and she’s been great).
Lai was terrible. Just brutal, sanding off my cuticles to no end. So much that I was bleeding on one finger. I had to ask her to stop. My nails are not good and my thumb nail is so crooked it’s laughable. She never once spoke to me other then asking what I wanted when I first sat down.
NOT ONE WORD. Even when I was bleeding there was zero acknowledgment.
Normally they offer you water and are really friendly. This time it was like I was somewhere else. The woman that normally does my nails (the owner) did not say hello or even take notice of the suffering that was happening one booth over. It was really weird.
Lai was so distracted that she would reach for things and miss because she paid ZERO attention. She actually played on her cell phone while my nails were under the light. about 8 inches from my face. Then gave me a 2 second hand massage (no exaggeration) and on only one hand.
How about some consistency? I mean I should not have to be worried about who I get.
Especially if I have done my part and made an appointment with who I want. One person is great and another is so awful that it’s a crappy painful experience. No thanks, one time is all I need and I am done.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’ve been to several nail salons around Chico over the years, and was leery about trying yet another fairly new one. A couple of my gal pals and I decided to try this place out for pedicures after reading the reviews.
The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness – that place was spotless, even though our appointments were very late in the day. Phillip greeted us all like we were old friends and sat us together at the stations. Clean clean clean!
I never had such a relaxing foot massage (Phillip: you worked magic on my tired feet!) He and the other staff also did a terrific job of just making us feel welcome the entire time. And here it is, two weeks later, and my nails still look fantastic – not even a chip, and that’s after wearing sandals every day!
I look forward to many, many more visits in the future.

Such a great place!!! They have the cutest mascot! Their Rescue dog Benny makes for excellent cuddle company while you get your nails done, or even a pedicure!!! Phillip is great, good comfortable conversation while providing an excellent job! I am here on business and will definitely be coming back!!!

Phillip squeezed me in at the end of day and was so sweet! My nails look fantastic and I will definitely be returning. Another plus, I got to hang out with the shop dog, Benny, and increase my Vietnamese language skills!

Such a great place! Friendly staff, great prices, and CLEAN. They even use disposable inserts for the pedicures within the tub so you aren’t soaking your feet where everyone else has all day lol. I’ve been here twice now and both times the staff aimed to please!
After my second visit, I foolishly messed my gel nail polish up on 2 of my nails and they had no problem fixing them. The lady redid my whole gel manicure, for free, just to see if I wanted to change my whole color. I didn’t ask for this, just to have the 2 I messed up fixed, but she insisted because she wanted me to be happy about coming to their shop.
They go above and beyond for their customers, please give them a try!

So sweet and so funny. Very accommodating. Also very clean! The worker are very very nice and made me smile. Not to mention the nails were wonderful. I had Theresa and she wanted to make sure I was happy.

I have followed Phillip from his previous place of employment because it is super hard to find someone who does amazing work and who’s goal it is to make sure you have a great experience as well! Please check out his salon, you won’t be sorry!
I have to say not only is the place super clean they back it up by using individualized disposable bags for your pedicure so you never have to wonder what gross thing might not have been killed off from the previous person before you! The experience is very spa like instead of bright and loud!

I love Dreamy Nails! If you want to be treated like a queen, this is the place. Teresa & Phillip always do a great job, but you can’t go wrong with any of the staff here. Once you come to Dreamy nails you won’t go anywhere else!
This shop is clean, and they are very diligent in keeping their tools and supplies sterile.
And most importantly, I always have fun! By far, the best place to get your nails done!
