The staff is unprofessional and creepy. Smell the cat piss inside but see no cats? They’re smoking meth out back. When I was in high school a perverted staff member brought me in the back room to change my nose ring, locked the door and tried to feel me up. I left running away and haven’t spoken about it since. I am AMAZED this place is still around. Don’t support them, please.

I like this shop. I’ve got a few pieces here in past few years. Friendly staff and great prices. For the price you can’t beat it.

The staff is awful. They would rather talk on the phone than assist you. It’s some of the worst customer service in chico. I hope they shut down soon so a business that DESERVES business can take their place. I don’t know how they are surviving to be honest.

Awful service. Over priced. Dudes are sketchy, that work in there… All there GLASS is Chinese crap!!!

While I was browsing around there was an employee having a loud and incredibly heated conversation on the phone in a different language. I felt super uncomfortable and wanted to escape as fast as possible. These types of conversations should not be happening in front of paying customers. Id rather go somewhere else and not feel like an awkward turtle.

Tonight I went here to buy rolling papers and look at their pipe collection, but turned around once I realized that this place is a joke. They practically ignored my friends and I when we walked in and they didn’t even bother to turn the lights to a level that would allow you to see around the store.
When it came to customer service, I was even further disappointed. The owner and what seemed to be his son were both extremely high and oblivious to my friends and I and another wandering customer.
Once they finally came around to acknowledging me, I was just about done with the store. I asked them about rolling papers which they showed me and I purchased, their one redeeming moment. (thus, the second stars)
On our way out, we looked at their pipe selection. And almost Immediately they thought it would be funny to try and convince me to buy three different pink bedazzled bongs because they said they «suited me». Which in return I found extremely rude and left.
Needless to say, I’m never coming here again.

Two weeks ago I went to the Dungeon to find a shirt for my husband. While I was in there I found the prefect shirt so I asked if I brought it and it did not fit my husband if I can bring it back to exchange. I live out of town so it is not easy for me just to come back the next day. He said yes that it would not be a problem.
Well today I went in to exchange it for a bigger size and the guy say that because my husband had tried on the shirt (just to see if it would fit n then took it off cause it did not fit) that he would not exchange it. But he would let me buy the exact same shirt just bigger size and he would give me $ 10 off.
I told him that was unfair. I didn’t want to buy the same shirt I just wanted it replaced. He told me that he was not going to take a lost for my mistake. WHAT! I would have never brought the shirt if he said I could not exchange it if it didn’t fit.
I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!

When I first walked into the back I was helped quickly. However, the owner was the only one who could answer my question and the guy that went to find him must have gotten lost in the 13 foot distance he had to travel to find him.
When the owner finally made it my way everything turned around. He was professional and knowledgeable. He talked to me for 45 min without interruption, making sure I got the best product for me. He even down sold me because he didn’t want me buying something too expensive that I wouldn’t use every day!
At the end, he threw in a ton of free stuff, gave me his number and told me to call any time with any questions.“We all need someone to teach us how to ride the bike”, he said.
Overall, the man makes the store, and I’ll recommend it to anyone.
Oh, about the piercing. I’ve been recommended to this place by numerous tattoo artists in Chico. They all have a high regard for the store.

To says this place is a little weird, may be an understatement. If you LIKE ADULT stuff, his is probably the store for you.

Nothing real special about this «head shop». I was turned off by the fact they have a little boy working there, seriously. Some man and his son, I assume, who looks about 12 yrs old. At least he wasn’t offering to sell a bong. If you’re looking for some trashy, white whore tops or some special knifes, that’s all located in the front of the shop.
For bongs, sex toys and any «herb» paraphernalia, it’s located in the back. I believe they do piercings as well, not sure about tattoos.
Prices were hard to find some times and nobody was willing to help us in the back.
