If there were negative stars I would give them negative numbers. Went in there on a Sunday night for a uti because my regular doctor wasn’t open. I had only had my symptoms for about an hour or two but these things get painful so I wanted to get right in. I did the urinalsys and they said nothing was showing up and I felt confused and frustrated because I’ve had these things before and I know exactly what it feels like. The next day I call back and explain I feel horrible, symptoms worsening and they gave me a website for diet and exercise changes to help! I finally got into my doctor a day later at this point in horrible pain and sure enough my suspicions were correct and I had a horrible uti that was becoming a kidney infection. Bottom line this place is horrible and rude and caused me extra days of pain as well as missing work.
