Expressions By M & T Florist

Expressions by M & T were an excellent choice! Gayle was great with her expertise. Considering I needed a floral arrangement done for my daughter’s surprise birthday dinner who attends Chico State and I live in the Bay Area and have no time to grab flowers! Gayle made it happen. Highly recommended for all your events and any special occasion, ask for Gayle, she will make it happen for «YOU» too!

I always love working with Gale and her team! She always has great affordable ways to create an arrangement or even just give you advise to do it yourself.

$ 43 for this arrangement. Called to say something, and was told these were «high end flowers» and I got what I paid for. Take a look at the picture and see what high end means to this company. Next time with a unhappy customer, do the right thing and make it right to make the client happy.

I should of read the reviews. I have ordered here before and got what I paid for. This time was different. When I pay $ 47 dollars for some flowers I would like some flowers. I asked for a Christmas theme but, got more pine cones and pine needles than flowers. Plastic vase.
I give it 2 stars because the girl was nice I talked to and the flowers were not dead.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. My niece is starring as Lady MacBeth in the Pleasent Valley high school production of MacBeth. I live in Illinois so sadly we cannot make the show but I wanted to do something special for our star. I called PV high school first and got approval to have flowers delivered there for her. I called Expressions by M & T to order a wrapped bouquet for my niece. The woman who answered the phone was very rude to me, she stated that they received a letter from the school district stating that they cannot deliver to the high school. I told her that I got approval from the high school and would be happy to call the district office if need be. She was still extremely rude stating that it was not a good idea, that someone could possibly knock over the vase prior to pick up. I told her that I didn’t want a vase but preferred a wrapped bouquet only to be told that they don’t deliver wrapped bouquets. I then said I would be calling a different florist to which she didn’t seem to care as if my business wasn’t even important to her. The florist that I called after being treated so disrespectfully by the woman from Expressions by M & T was Chico Florist. They happily granted my request and appreciated that I got prior approval from the school for this situation. My niece will now receive a beautiful wrapped bouquet on her opening day with zero credit to Expressions by M & T.

Stop in an meet the owner, Gayle. She is always cheerful and happy to help you find some creative way to show someone you care. And, if you ever want to totally impress and delight someone special on Valentine’s day, have her shop deliver flowers. The driver will show up wearing a TUX !

We used them for our wedding and they did a fantastic job.
I ordered flowers today and the woman on the phone was very helpful and was very accomidating to my request.

LOVE this flower shop!!! You go in, and tell them the type of flowers your girlfriend likes and let them be creative. Amazing prices, and wonderful staff. Flowers are always fresh and ready for pick up at the time i requested. Only flower shop i will use in chico, ca!!!

Valentines flowers with a box of christmas candy??? Class act right there! Tacky!

When I walked in the store was empty, making me the only customer there. When I asked if I could have a small arrangement put together the girl at the counter turned to another lady and asked «Is that possible?». At a florist with one customer, I would sure hope so. I was told my request could not be meet and I would have to pick from the already made flower arrangements, which was one. 2 employees sat in the back eating while a third was on the phone. I ended up pay over 30 dollars for the only arrangement they could offer me, a small vase with 9 flowers in it. Bottom line: Expensive, poor customer service, poor selection. I will never go there again and you shouldn’t either. You can get better choices, better customer service and better selection anywhere else in town.
