We bought our new home in Chico that had pre-​installed ceiling speakers which we needed help with hooking up to our existing equipment; and we also needed several TVs mounted with speaker systems and we needed some serious wifi installed since the house is very large. Andrew came over and analyzed the house and provided us with multiple options, including options with using our existing equipment for cost effectiveness, as well as how we could upgrade using the latest and greatest technology available. He was extremely thorough, professional and easy to work with. He custom mounted our TVs; we chose to upgrade our Yamaha receiver and he installed a system (Yamaha Musiccast) to allow us to control music in each room and outside via our phones and ipads. The whole system is really incredible. It works flawlessly. In addition, he installed WIFI that provides full bars everywhere in and outside our home; and ran a few Ethernet cables into a few rooms for an added boost when we need it. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and very customer focused. Afterwards, when I wasn’t able to operate the TV in one room I sent him a text and he was at my door the next morning on a weekend! As it turns out, my remote battery was dead. (user error! oops). Also, he helped us work with Comcast to make sure everything was completely setup properly.
