Cody chose to socialize instead of making my beverage, it took over ten minutes for my smoothie. Will not be returning.

Horrible experience in regards to their employees serving drinks in cups which I watched fall off the counter, roll on the lobby ground and the dirty floor mat as you step in their doors. My experience… I was in the lobby with two other people, all of us waiting for our drink. The other people received theirs and left. Mind was being blended. Somehow the stack of large cups was knocked over the counter onto the lobby floor and scattered apart. The cups ROLLED around on the ground, the largest portion ending up on the floor mat in front of the entry door, which happened to be covered with dirt, leaves, and goodness knows what else else that wasn’t visible. The employee walked around picked them up as a stack and took them to the back room and set them on the metal table. He reached up and took down another stack which was in the wrapper still. Meanwhile, the gal finished my drink, but there were no large cups. She walked to the back room and got one off the metal cart(from the dirty floor stack) and started back to the front. After watching everything happen I was annoyed and asked«could I please get a cup that wasn’t on the ground?» She turned around and walked back getting a cup from the wrapped pack and came upfront again. As she was pouring my drink, the guy walked back upfront with the stack of dirty cups, walked over and grabbed a white cleaning rag and proceeded to wipe around the outsides of the cups as they were all stacked together. I was handed my drink and literally stood there shaking my head and continued to do so as I walked out the door. I contacted the corporate office and received an email thanks for contacting them but they train their employees to wash their hands after using the restroom, touching hair, money, etc. When I then wrote the local GM, I reminded him washing hands after using the restroom is a California State law. Their drinks may have seemed delicious before, but now all I think about is what kind of human excretement may have been tracked in and on that mat, then on those cups, which were served to people who came in after me! Disappointed that corporate didn’t seem too concerned about the public health concern. DISGUSTINGANDGROSS!

Been coming here for a while now and I can honestly say that it is amasing. It is small but the fresh smell of fruits makes it awesome. It is next to Burgers and Brews as well and not far from campus. Even better!

Jamba juice is expensive… But worth it! I went in July fourth and the employee who made my drink was definitely not excited to be there… I mean I wouldn’t have been either, but it was awkward…

Quick, friendly service. At times the music is so loud you can’t hear shit. But yesterday I went in and it was not bad! Had only one guy working but he was quick enough to take care of the four customers in the store, although you could tell by his face he was frustrated to be there alone! If you’re looking for a quick fruity drink, head over to Jamba!

This Jamba Juice features a really friendly staff. The posters on the wall of the employees gave me something to do while I waited for my smoothie. Well, other than try to make the employees laugh about the«fiber» boost. They kept such a stern face about the removal of the«fiber» boost from their menu. It was kind of weird. Or maybe they do not appreciate poop jokes at 10:15 in the morning, especially when it’s Chico and most of them might be hungover and having butt problems. But seriously, why did they get rid of the«fiber» boost?

The smoothie you get at a Jamba Juice is the same everywhere, but this one has the added entertainment of posters the employees had to make about themselves on the wall! It must be worse than having to wear flares yet so entertaining for customers to look at. Please note that Stacey has the same facial expression and angle at every shot!
