Same as Chris M., started with the heater. Chuck came out, diagnosed the problem, and when the part came in, he was here the next day. I am so relieved to have the problem fixed! I’ve called on Jessee before and recommend to anyone, to call them first! Thanks Chuck!

The heater started acting up on my heating and air unit so I called Jesse’s. They sent Chuck to my house to take a look at it that same day and he did an excellent job of explaining to me what was going on with it. I am thankful for them coming so quickly and for keeping things from getting much worse.

Jessee’s has maintained my elderly mother’s furnace and A/C for several years now and I have recently been helping her with the maintenance as well as the installation of a new Nest thermostat. I really appreciate how helpful the staff is at Jessee’s, particularly Stephanie in the office and John in the field. Since I live in the Bay Area, having a local company like Jessee’s look after my mother’s heating & A/C needs is a real priority. Stephanie has been great about scheduling, especially today when there was an issue with the Nest t-stat due to what appears to be a home wifi problem. John installed the Nest a few months ago(as well as doing the preventative maintenance) and was very skilled and knowledgeable. He expedited his service visit today and quickly put the Nest in manual mode so my mother can have heat until I figure out the wifi problem. Overall, I couldn’t be happier and know my mother really appreciates their kindness and helpfulness.

The heating on my elderly parent’s HVAC unit stopped working a few days before Christmas. Jessee told them that the circuit board was busted and it couldn’t be fixed so they needed to purchase a brand new $ 9500+ unit. Luckily my parents got a second opinion from another company who fixed the unit by simply reconnecting a loose ground wire. They also said it wouldn’t have been a problem to find a replacement circuit board if it were indeed broken. My parent’s neighbor had a similar experience with Jessee. These guys either don’t know what they are doing or are crooks. Stay away or get a second opinion if they try to sell you anything.

Jessee Heating & Air repaired my furnace, excellent job and excellent value. Chuck was great. A competitor had tried to talk me into buying an expensive new furnace and Jessee repaired the old one quick and cheaply. They can be trusted.

They take care of our heating/air through our landlord. They have fixed all the issues we’ve had and I’ve been happy that things work right again after they leave. But I’m not giving them 5 stars because they have room for improvement. First of all, when they accessed our attic in the laundry room a while back they somehow took a chunk of paint/drywall/whatever out of the access and it not only looks silly with a corner chipped away but it also left a mess on my laundry room floor that they didn’t clean up. I seriously hope my landlord doesn’t charge us for that when we move later, when it was Jessee that damaged it. Also, when our heater recently went out our landlord told me she would contact them and have them call me to schedule and appointment. She called them first thing in the morning, and by the time I left work that afternoon I still hadn’t heard from them, so I had to call them. By then they couldn’t get out to fix the heater until the next afternoon, so our house was super cold that night. I’m wondering how long they were going to wait to call me? Also, they showed up an hour earlier than the time they quoted me. I know early is usually better than late, but we weren’t planning on being home then and just happened to be lucky we were there when they showed up early. Otherwise we’d probably still be cold!
