Great store great selection great prices but the best part is the manager Anissa as well as Felicia.

I went in and ordered sneakers, the staff was friendly and helpful. When my sneakers showed up they were too tight and I went back to swap. They got the different size mailed to me the next day.

Like the reviewers before me have already stated, the store is very small but sure sometimes they carry some cool shoes for a younger crowd… however, today my experience there was very unsatisfying. Avoid walking through the door of this place if you see a long-​haired brunette guy working. I think he thinks he’s providing good customer service, but it was just annoying. My boyfriend and I were in there for less than 2 minutes and told him 3 times that we were just looking and our body language was pretty directly suggesting that we didn’t want him to talk to us. But he stayed and hovered over us and talked out ears off while we uncomfortably attempted to shop. We were informed that this Journeys has «the largest selection of Vans in this mall, other than the Vans store» (cool?) and «the largest selection of Converse in Chico» (great? we weren’t even looking at the Converse, but thanks for the fun fact, i guess…)

Very small store but sometimes you can find some cool shoes.

Cool shoe store, lots of younger styles. Can be a little on the pricey side but for selection and variety there isn’t much more in Chico.
