While working in London, I was REALLY going through a sun dried tomato withdrawl. I would get weird looks when I would ask for sun dried tomatoes, I’m not sure if it was my American accent or the fact London never sees sun. Nothing beats Bella San Luci, run by the Mooney family.
From the simple recipes included on the glass products to treating my body to a healthy dose of lycopene. Their products are amazing. Some of my friends who have become vegetarians have commented how the pesto curves their meat cravings because of the rich texture.
Superbowl is coming up — visiting their facebook page for some yummy superbowl recipes (why stop at the superbowl — you can use them all year around!)
